Bike rentals are steps away and the scenic 30A path is right outside the door! Ride to nearby Blue Mountain Beach. Enjoy the shopping and dining that surround the Gulf Place Amphitheater! The beach access is directly across the street.

What We Provide

Bedding linens, bath towels, hand towels, washcloths– please do not take our linens or towels to the beach. An initial supply of paper products: toilet paper, paper towels, bar soap, shampoo, dishwasher soap, and trash bags.

AviaVista is equipped with Wi-Fi, a top-quality king bed, luxury sheets, and a clean environment. The condo is spacious enough for a couple and 2 children or elderly guests, accessible via a ground-floor elevator with no stairs. The kitchenette includes utensils, a K-Cup Coffee Maker, plates, glasses, a microwave, a toaster, and a fridge/freezer. Free parking is available in the complex, with direct access to the beach.

Gulf Place offers walking distance access to some of 30A's most popular spots, including Shunk Gulley, Perfect Pig, Shelby's Beach Bar, Sunrise Coffee Shop, Pecan Jack's ice cream, and the new Papa Surf's Burger Bar.
