The Brown Lounge is a luxurious 3-bedroom home in the heat of Seagrove Beach! With sleeping arrangements for up to 10 guests, proximity to the beach, and access to 2 community pools (1 across the street!) and a tennis court, The Brown Lounge provides a relaxed and convenient stay on 30A for you, your dog, and the entire family!

Beach Access: S. Andalusia Beach Access- 10 Minute Walk

Guest Access:  Guests are given a unique door code that is active for the duration of their stay.

Interaction with Guests:  We respect your privacy but can always assist you with any questions or recommendations.

• No smoking

• No parties or events

• Must be 25 or older and staying at the property for the entire stay.

• The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement

• The Primary guest is required to upload a copy of their photo ID.

• Guests do not have access to the garage.

Parking

• Parking for 3 Vehicles.

• No Boats, Trailers, or U-Hauls are permitted.
