MAIN HOME: Discover a haven of comfort in the main house, boasting 5 bedrooms thoughtfully arranged. Conveniently, one bedroom suite graces the first floor, while the remaining 4 are nestled on the second floor. The main living area is accompanied by ample seating around the TV. Between the well-appointed kitchen and this inviting living space, a dining table seating 6 awaits, complemented by additional spots at the kitchen counter. Designed for entertainment, the spacious kitchen boasts abundant counter and storage space, ideal for crafting impressive home-cooked feasts.

Elevate your experience to the third floor, where you can revel in the splendor of one of 30A's renowned sunsets. Complete with a wet bar and beverage fridge, this space ensures your evening libations are kept perfectly chilled.

CARRIAGE HOUSE: Adjacent to the primary house, discover a detached 1-bedroom carriage house. The carriage house has a Queen Bed, Full Bathroom, Full Kitchen, and Washer/Dryer.

Amenities of the area

White sand beaches and crystal blue waters abound along thirty-plus miles of paved walk/run/bike paths that stretch out on 30A. You'll love exploring, shopping, local dining, or stopping to get ice cream. Fresh seafood shops and fine dining are within cycling distance. Just about 1 mile to Seaside Market, 1 mile from Publix Grocery store, and an easy walk to the beach! Fine and casual dining opportunities from breakfasts to dinner as well as proximity to bike and beach rentals. Short drives to Rosemary Beach, the Hub, Panama City Beach, or Destin.

  • Bedroom 1, 1st Floor: King bed, TV, and a large private bathroom with shower and jetted tub.

  • Bedroom 2, 2nd Floor: King bed and private bathroom.

  • Bedroom 3, 2nd Floor: King bed and private bathroom.

  • Bedroom 4, 2nd Floor: King bed and private bathroom.

  • Bedroom 5, 2nd Floor: Bunk Room with private bathroom. 2 Twin over Full bunk beds (sleeping 6)

Cancellation Policy

Reservations may be canceled by Guest with notice to Kismet Properties with the following guidelines: Guest receives 100% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival. We highly encourage you to purchase a Cancel for Any Reason travel policy. Ask us for details.
