Palms of Seagrove is a private condo community on the south side of 30A and in the heart of Seagrove Beach. It features a community pool and private beach access. 2 The Sea is a 10-minute bike ride to Seaside Town Square!

Parking

• Parking for 1 vehicle in an open parking lot.

• No Boats, Trailers, or U-Hauls are permitted.

• If you rent a golf cart, the golf cart must be gas-powered and will take up your 1 allocated parking space.

House Rules

• No smoking

• No parties or events

• Must be 25 or older and staying at the property for the entire stay.

• The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement

• The Primary guest is required to upload a copy of their photo ID.

• Credit card information will be required to be held in case of bike loss or damage.
