Housed on the highly desirable San Juan Avenue, in Seagrove Beach, we are centrally located on 30A. We are a short walk from Seagrove restaurants or an easy bike ride to Seaside Town Square! World class shopping and dining have never been more accessible, thanks to the miles of bike and walking trails on 30A. The public beach access is a short walk away- located directly across the street from our community entrance.
Amenities
San Juan is a quiet neighborhood street located just off 30A. Our home is a short walk to the sugar sand beach, or an easy bike ride to local beach towns like Seaside and Rosemary Beach. You'll have close walking access (about .5 mile) to the public beach access, emerald green water, and unbelievable sunsets. You’ll also have a private pool for cooling dips.

This lovely beach house on San Juan Ave. neighborhood is your home away from home with its private pool, short walk to the beach and room for up to 8 so your whole family fits!
Entering the home, you are welcomed by an open floor plan incorporating the living room, dining area, and kitchen into one space. The kitchen comes fully equipped, ready for the perfect family meal. After a fun day at the beach, or swimming in your private pool, enjoy movie night on our large Smart TV with seating for the whole family!
The master bedroom is located on the first floor, with a king-size bed and a large, luxurious bathroom. Upstairs you will find a King bedroom and a queen bedroom, each with a private bathroom. The 2nd-floor landing has a set of bunk beds perfect for the kids!
Enjoy your days in the backyard with a private pool (can be heated for $50/Day) or take the easy stroll down San Juan Ave. to the beach access. However you choose to spend your days on 30A, Seas the Moment is the ideal spot for you and your family! No matter what you choose to do while on vacation, Seas The Moment will help ensure your family's vacation is perfect.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations may be canceled by Guest with notice to Kismet Properties with the following guidelines: Guest receives 100% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival. We highly encourage you to purchase a Cancel for Any Reason travel policy. Ask us for details.
