This one bedroom, one bath unit is located directly on the beach with a private walkway and only 5 steps down to the white sandy beach and emerald waters of the gulf. The ocean is so close you can see the shells washing up on the shore and dolphins jumping in the surf. Leeward II is located off 30A and on Eastern Lake Drive. You have the gulf and the Eastern Dune Lake right outside your door. Our outside deck is spacious and has lots of seating for watching the morning dolphins, reading, or enjoying the sunset!

For your enjoyment, the Living Room has a brand-new smart TV and a wireless router for cruising the internet. The kitchen has granite counter tops and new custom cabinets complete with a new microwave, stove, and conventional oven as well as a blender and drip coffee maker.

Beds include a King in the Master, 2 bunks in the hall and a sleeper sofa! Sleeps 4 – 6 comfortably.

The best feature of the unit is the private, spacious patio directly on the beach. A table, chairs and lounge with cushions are perfect for sunset dinners, sunning or dolphin watching. If you have children, you can watch them build sandcastles from the deck.

Leeward II unit I is on the first floor of a 9 unit building located in beautiful Seagrove Beach on the Florida Panhandle a few miles from the famous Seaside community. Also located near top restaurants and shopping as well as coffee shops and wine bar. This is a real find. Shopping local at Seaside or just 20 minutes away at Pier Park. The Destin outlet mall is just a 30-minute drive west. Seaside is a couple miles away and has activities for adults and children. Rent a bike for the short hop to Seaside or The Hub. Explore the 26 miles of bike/walking trail along 30A.
