3rd Floor: Bunk Room with two sets of 3-tiered twin bunks, Smart TV, and a private bathroom with shower/tub.

3rd Floor: King Bed, Smart TV, private balcony, and a luxurious private bathroom with a walk-in shower and jetted tub.

The primary guest must be 25 or older. The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter's Agreement and upload a copy of their ID. The primary guest must be staying in this property for the duration of the rental.
