Pay a non-refundable $30 handling fee. Detailed instructions for activation will be sent after booking.

Full refund minus $250 if canceled 60+ days before arrival
50% refund minus $250 if canceled 30–60 days before arrival
No refunds for cancellations within 30 days
Situated in the coveted community of The Grove by the Sea on 30A. With shopping and dining in both directions, take advantage of the extensive paved paths to explore the coastal towns of 30A like Seagrove and Seaside. The public beach walkover is just across from the community entrance.
Guests are given a unique door code that is active for the duration of their stay.
The primary guest is required to sign a rental agreement and upload a copy of their photo ID verifying they are 25 or older at the time of check-in.
