Guests are given a unique door code that is active for the duration of their stay.

Parking:
• Parking for 3 Vehicles
• No Boats, Trailers, or U-Hauls are permitted.
• No Street Parking- NO PARKING ON GRAVEL

House Rules:
• No smoking
• No parties or events
• Must be 25 or older and staying at the property for the entire stay.
• The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement
• The Primary guest is required to upload a copy of their photo ID.

CANCELATION POLICY:
Guest receives 100% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.

We were so grateful for our time at the Bahama Breeze! We had booked another VRBO property only to find out that our reservation had been cancelled, so needless to say, we were frantically trying to find another home for our vacation.The Bahama Breeze home turned out to be a much better choice for our family in the end. The private pool and hot tub and the large back yard were icing on the cake. We have two small dogs so it was so nice that they had a little oasis of their own.The house was absolutely spotless, which is a huge criteria for us as VRBO hosts ourselves. We know how much work it takes to host and we were pleasantly surprised by cleanliness and amenities. This house had absolutely everything we needed for our Thanksgiving week. We cooked our traditional turkey dinner and had EVERYTHING we needed!The location was perfect and the bikes were used everyday! We rode to Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach and Grayton and Seaside more than once.However, what stands out the most for us at this location was the customer service! We have traveled and stayed at many different homes and hotels and this was by far the most accommodating and customer friendly home we have ever stayed at. The response time to my questions and concerns was incredible. For example, we discovered the Wednesday before Thanksgiving that our living room television was broken and they delivered a brand new one on THANKSGIVING MORNING! WE WILL BE BACK!

This is our new favorite house in Seagrove! It’s beautiful. The pool and hot tub were so nice to have, it’s a quick and easy walk to the beach, to Cafe Thirty-A, The Donut Hole, Goatfeathers, and many other shops and restaurants. Easy bike ride to Seaside. The street is quiet with no through traffic and 2 short blocks off 30A. There are stairs to the beach and the public area is a short walk to the left and wasn’t too terribly crowded during fall break. The house was well stocked with everything we needed to cook great meals for a large group and all kinds of pool and beach gear. Kismet properties were responsive and helpful if anything came up. The only drawback is no bathroom on the 3rd floor for the bunk room (our 4 girls had to come down to the 1/2 bath off the kitchen) and the 2 second floor bedrooms share a jack and jill bath with one toilet. We had 10 people and it worked out fine - just something to be aware of. We would rent this house again and hope to next year.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was spotless and welcoming from the moment we arrived, and the pool was sparkling clean. The location was perfect, with the beach just a super easy and enjoyable five-minute walk away. We’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to relax and enjoy. With four kids, we especially appreciated the pool safety feature. The alarm that sounds when the back door is opened gave us extra peace of mind, and the push-down button to turn it off made it easy to manage while still keeping everyone safe.

This property was absolutely spotless and the perfect getaway! Everything was exactly as described and even better in person. The space was beautifully maintained, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful from start to finish, making check-in and communication seamless. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would 100% stay here again. Highly recommend!

My family of 14 stayed here for 5 days. Santa Rosa is beautiful. The beach access was approximately a 2 block walk. there were so many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The kids loved the bikes they provided. The house was beautiful and extremely clean with everything you needed. Nancy reached out prior to stay with all needed information for a seamless check in. I would recommend this lovely home. It's perfect for larger families. The pool and hot tub were amazing.

Everything was great! We had a multi family get together including a baby. There was plenty of space for everyone. The pool was great and the location was perfect.
