Cancellation Policy
• Full refund minus $250 if canceled 60+ days before arrival
• 50% refund minus $250 if canceled 30–60 days before arrival
• No refunds for cancellations within 30 days

This charming community has a recently renovated pool and easy access to Eastern Lake. Take advantage of kayaking, canoeing, or paddleboarding opportunities, all within reach. Barefoot Cottage is within minutes of Seaside, Alys Beach, and Rosemary Beach; you'll never run out of exciting activities to explore.
The primary guest is required to sign a rental agreement and upload a copy of their photo ID verifying they are 25 or older at the time of check-in.
