We stayed here for my Bachelorette in April and it really was the perfect place! The host let us check-in early to decorate, it was easy to contact her and check-in when needed, and the beach is only a 12 minute walk away! Overall, it was perfect!

This home was stunning, well-outfitted, and tucked away in a private residential community with beautiful trees and maintained walking paths. We made use of the heated pool, which was perfect as temps were lower than we had planned for in mid-March. The walk to the beach was easy, and the beach itself was stunning and relatively quiet. The house was clean and comfortably fit our family. Note: Though not Nancy's fault, the college spring breakers at this time of year created a louder, less peaceful environment than we had hoped for. The house across the street was occupied with college kids who were loud in the street until midnight one evening. Our only struggle with the location was its distance from town. Seaside is so insanely busy during key seasons that parking isn't feasible. Biking or walking is really your only option, and at around 1 mile away, this was a challenge for our younger kiddos. If returning to 30A, we would absolutely rent this home again.

We had a great stay at Nancy’s for my bachelorette! We had 8 girls total and the house was perfect for all of us. We didn’t feel cramped at all! Location was also amazing. Only a 10 minute walk to the beach or a quick 2-3 min drive to the nearest beach access, which also had parking and bathrooms. Definitely would stay again!

This house has so much room. 4 twins in a bunk room, a queen room, a king room that’s separate upstairs, and a detached house with a king room and a sectional sofa. The location is great and the house was very clean. The neighborhood is cute.
