Location:
Found on the highly desirable San Juan Avenue, we are centrally located in the heart of Seagrove Beach on 30A. We are a short bike ride to Seaside Town Square and popular Seagrove restaurants and shops, or an easy walk to the Gulf!

Guest Access:
Guests are given a unique door code that is active for the duration of their stay.

Interaction with Guests:
We respect your privacy but can always assist you with any questions or recommendations.

Parking:
• Parking for 2 Vehicles.
• No Boats, Trailers, or U-Hauls are permitted.
• NO STREET PARKING

House Rules:
• No smoking
• No parties or events
• Must be 25 or older and staying at the property for the entire stay.
• The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement and upload a copy of their ID
• No Pets- No Exceptions
• Exterior cameras present at the home

We loved our stay in Big Juan. The cottage had everything we needed for a week stay. Loved having the bikes to ride for coffee, to Seaside, or to the beach! We will definitely book this place again!

We loved out stay at Big Juan! It was perfect for my husband, and I and our two little toddlers, very comfortable and the kids absolutely adored the little ski lift swing in the back! Totally walkable to the beach we took the kids in the stroller, and it was easy back-and-forth! A couple of little coffee shops within walking distance and would be easily walkable without toddlers in tow to the little town. Would definitely recommend staying. We absolutely loved the area!

This was an amazing stay! The location is perfect! Walkable distance to the beach! Most nights we would ride bikes to downtown and all the restaurants. The house was perfect and the location made it all the better! We will 100% be returning! We loved it!

My friend and I stayed a few nights in this adorable charming home. The location was an easy walk the beach entrance. The bikes worked perfectly to stroll around the neighborhoods both on the main 30a path and through the different neighborhoods. The beds were comfortable and extremely clean linens. The large bathroom had a nice window and a comfortable shower. We enjoyed the front porch and that back seating area. The home matched the description and the communication was immediate. Would definitely stay again.

Great place for our spring break. Location was awesome, place was clean and exactly like pictures. Not a huge deal, but worth noting: hair dryer has no heat, clothes dryer is pretty much useless (washer is fine) and there was a rotten smell - I think it was from the water in the shower? Not sure. Overall, we had a great stay. Bikes were so nice to have. 2 needed servicing- I reached out with no response so we took them to a shop and they fixed the seat and tire for no charge.
