Location:
Found on the highly desirable San Juan Avenue, we are centrally located in the heart of Seagrove Beach on 30A. We are a short bike ride to Seaside Town Square and popular Seagrove restaurants and shops, or an easy walk to the Gulf!

Guest Access:
Guests are given a unique door code that is active for the duration of their stay.

Interaction with Guests:
We respect your privacy but can always assist you with any questions or recommendations.

Parking:
• Parking for 2 Vehicles.
• No Boats, Trailers, or U-Hauls are permitted.
• NO STREET PARKING

House Rules:
• No smoking
• No parties or events
• Must be 25 or older and staying at the property for the entire stay.
• The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement and upload a copy of their ID
• No Pets- No Exceptions
• Exterior cameras present at the home

Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-in: 4:00 PM Check-out: 10:00 AM

CANCELATION POLICY:
Guest receives 100% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.

Our stay was overall a great experience! The house was the perfect size for our small group and had all the amenities we needed, plus a lovely outdoor living space for relaxing. The location was very convenient and close to the beach, though we wouldn’t quite describe it as “steps away.” We’d definitely stay again!

We loved staying in this little treasure. Super clean, great beds and plenty of towels. Had everything we needed plus bikes!! Highly recommend and would definitely stay again when in this area. So happy it was available for our last minute trip. The binder describing the history of the cottage was very interesting to read.

This house is absolutely precious! The fun and distinct decor was PERFECT for me. Much of the charming treasures in the house carry a sweet story! The beach is 1/2 mile easy walk and yummy restaurants were nearby. The owners went to great length to share some of the favorites of the area!

We enjoyed our stay at Big Juan. The location was perfect. We enjoyed riding the bikes to the beach every day. We even rode them to Seaside to shop and eat. Would highly recommend staying here.

Big Juan was exactly as described! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Easy to find, and check-in was a breeze! Large back patio, very nice bathroom, games available for all ages. 2 minute drive to Santa Clara beach access (restrooms and accessible board walk). We will stay here again!
