• Guests must be 25 or older and present for the duration of the stay
• The primary guest must sign a Renter’s Agreement, upload a valid photo ID
• $150 nonrefundable fee per dog (2 dog limit)
• All dogs must be approved
• No Boats, Trailers, or U-Hauls
• Parking for 2 vehicles
• No street parking is permitted
• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
GOLF CART NOTICE: This property includes a golf cart managed by a third-party provider, 30A Gulf Carts. To utilize the cart, guests are required to:
Sign a separate liability waiver directly with 30A Gulf Carts.
Provide a valid credit card for incidental coverage.
Pay a non-refundable $30 handling fee. Detailed instructions for activation will be sent after booking.
Cancellation Policy
• Full refund minus $250 if canceled 60+ days before arrival
• 50% refund minus $250 if canceled 30–60 days before arrival
• No refunds for cancellations within 30 days
Old Florida Village is a quaint, private community just minutes from Gulf Place. With its 2 pools, proximity to the beach, and cottage-style homes, Old Florida Village has quickly become one of the most popular vacation destinations on 30A!
Guests are given a unique door code that is active for the duration of their stay.
The primary renter is required to sign the Kismet Properties of 30A renter agreement and upload a copy of their photo ID.
The minimum age for renters is 25 years of age, and they must be staying on the property.
