The Neighborhood

Inlet Dunes is a gated community located in the highly sought-after neighborhood of Inlet Beach. Inlet Dunes is on the south side of 98 on S Orange Street and is in walking distance to the restaurants and events of Rosemary Beach and 30Avenue. Inlet Dunes community offers direct access to the white sand beaches, as well as a private community pool.

Guest Access

Guests are given a unique door code that is active for the duration of their stay.

The condo is in a great location! A short walk to the beach, about .5 mile to great restaurants and shopping! The pedestrian underpass to cross 98 was great! The condo was super clean and had all the amenities listed. We booked it for next year already!

The place was great. It was clean and close to the beach. We enjoyed the peaceful area at night. The property is gated felt really safe. Beach is a 5 min walk, entrance is across the street. Place is perfect for us and we will be looking to book it again next year.

We were pleasantly surprised with the beach access! We thought it would be a bit of a walk or bike ride but it's literally steps to the boardwalk. So close to the public beach parking it got crowded in July and when we walked to the room for lunch or pool we had people roll down their car windows to ask for our parking spot. So nice to just walk to the room! We are two adults with a 14 year old and 12 year old so they loved the bunks. All in all great for our family of 4 but I can't imagine 4 adults or even 6 would be tight (but doable). We have a small home so it was natural for us but I imagine for some it would be tight. Just bike to Rosemary and give each other some space :) Keeping this one in mind for the future it's a favorite mainly due to beach access.

This place was really amazing! Super close to the beach, just a quick walk across the street which is amazing. When it's busy parking can be hard to find at the beach, but when you say here you have your own parking at the condo complex which is gated and has a code to get inside. Also the pool is amazing to cool off in. So whether you want the beach or pool it's all right there! The unit was great too, clean and nice. Has everything you need.

We enjoyed our stay overall, especially because the location was excellent. The balcony was nice, the area felt secure, and the host was very prompt and helpful. That said, for the price, we expected a few more basic amenities and better upkeep. The kitchen was very minimally stocked with only salt and pepper and no other basic cooking essentials provided (i.e coffee filters, spices, cooking oil). The AC could not be set below 70°, which can be difficult if you’re a hot sleeper, and there were only 2 hangers in the closet. The couch and chairs had noticeable stains and looked heavily worn. We stayed here 2 years ago, and the couches look like they haven’t been cleaned since. Only 2 rolls of toilet paper were provided, which was stated in the welcome packet, but both appeared partially used/opened rather than sealed new rolls. Overall, great location and communication, but the unit could use some attention for the price.
