Pros: -Nancy & hosts were very kind & helpful to answer all questions. -their guest info guide really streamlined everything. -the house was tidy and moderately clean -great location -the house had a good layout -lovely quiet neighborhood Cons: -the jet holes in the master bath tub were not clean -its a pet friendly bnb but there was so much dander on the carpet -living room furniture is, I'm sorry to say, disgusting. I'm not sure what the original color is supposed to be. the right side of the main couch is egregiously stained with something that looks like it was dripping down the side. -the foot stool in the main bedroom is also stained brown. -the loft area ladder is dangerous. it is so steep. -the hall bathroom window is see through in spots to anyone walking down the hall when you shower -kitchen outdated -minimal basic appliances that make home cooking doable but difficult Overall, a nice stay but would not come back. Thank you to the hosts. we still had a lovely vacation :)

Great location. Off the beaten path but close to everything. Loved all the shade and trees in the neighborhood and quick access to the beach.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone unless it’s offered at a significant discount to other 30a rentals of similar location. Everything in the house feels like it’s been sitting untouched since the 90s: leaky showers, dated decor, and very tired furniture throughout. The main bedroom mattress is genuinely painful — sagging, lumpy, and probably older than most of the guests. Kitchen is basically a decorative set: one decent knife, three mismatched pots, and if you plan on cooking plan to bring everything from salt and pepper on up there is nothing offered to guest. Felt more like house-sitting someone’s neglected vacation home than staying in a prepared Airbnb. Location was fine, but the basics just aren’t there. Also, be advised they advertise a heated pool in the title and it’s only heated for 30 days out of the year….and they charge for an early check in despite the house sitting empty all day.
