Guest Access:
Guests are given a unique door code that is active for the duration of their stay.

We respect your privacy but can always assist you with any questions or recommendations.
Parking:
• Parking for 3 Vehicles
• No Boats, Trailers, or U-Hauls are permitted.
House Rules:
• No smoking
• No Pets- No Exceptions
• No parties or events
• Must be 25 or older and staying at the property for the entire stay.
• The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement
• The Primary guest is required to upload a copy of their photo ID.
*Golf Cart and LSV rentals are not permitted*

CANCELATION POLICY:
Guest receives 100% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.
The primary guest is required to sign a rental agreement and upload a copy of their photo ID verifying they are 25 or older at the time of check-in.
