Enjoy peek-a-boo Gulf views from the primary bedroom balcony, and either take a quick walk to the private beach or use the community tram. The home opens onto 30A’s pedestrian sidewalk, providing easy access to the many shops, restaurants, and entertainment options that make 30A famous!

Guest Access:
Guests are given a unique door code that is active for the duration of their stay.

Interaction with Guests:
We respect your privacy but can always assist you with any questions or recommendations.

Parking:
• Parking for 3 Vehicles
• No Boats, Trailers, or U-Hauls are permitted.

House Rules:
• No smoking
• No Pets- No Exceptions
• No parties or events
• Must be 25 or older and staying at the property for the entire stay.
• The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement
• The Primary guest is required to upload a copy of their photo ID.

We loved staying here. The host is very responsive. The entire house was as pictured and the beach was great. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Definitely walking distance to several restaurants and shops. The only thing that would have been good to know before hand is the Sunset beach access has different rules than Ft Walton county beaches, so we couldn’t bring our wagon or canopy on the beach.

Five moms and five daughters had a wonderful beach vacation. The way the house is laid out is perfect for a large group. The bedrooms are huge. The house is lovely; very clean and super close to the beautiful beach. The amenities of the Seacrest resort are an added bonus. Nancy was very responsive to a couple insignificant issues we had. I’d definitely stay here again!

This house was perfect for our girls trip. Lots of beds, lots of BATHROOMS, unmatched location, and I really appreciated the guidebook and quick responses to all my questions. We were able to check in a little early, and before that we were able to get our wristbands to hang at the pool until the house was ready. The house was well equipped in the kitchen, coffee mugs, wine glasses etc., as well as basic beach gear, bike rentals, and tons of towels. 10/10.

We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend Nancy's home! The location is perfect, with easy access to the beach. The shops and restaurants at Seacrest, Rosemary, and Alys are very walkable. We enjoyed the balconies and hot tub and bicycles at the house. The community pool is amazing. We hope to return and stay here again.

Really cute house, best location, not too far into seacrest, right by the entrance of seacrest- super close to the beach and walkways on 30A. Most importantly, the host is so accommodating and responded to our needs very quickly. We are very happy with her stay and will definitely be back.

The home is beautiful! The price is amazing for the location. Just a short walk to the beach. The only issue, if you even want to call it that, is that the freezer drawer doesn’t open all of the way because it’s blocked by the oven. There is a freezer and ice maker on the first floor, so it’s not a huge deal but just a slight inconvenience.
