Beachwood Villas is a popular condo complex in the heart of Seagrove Beach. Easily walk out of this 2nd-floor condo and cross the street to the beach access. Seagrove Beach is home to a wonderful assortment of restaurants, shops, and other local businesses, all just a short stroll or bike ride away.
Guest Access:
Guests are given a unique door code that is active for the duration of their stay.
Interaction with Guests:
We respect your privacy but can always assist you with any questions or recommendations.
Parking:
Parking for 2 vehicles in an open parking lot. No Boats, Trailers, or U-Hauls permitted.
House Rules:
• No smoking
• No parties or events
• No Pets
• Must be 25 or older and staying at the property for the entire stay
• The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement
• The Primary guest is required to upload a copy of their photo ID

CANCELATION POLICY:
Guest receives 100% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.

Directly opposite lies a network of paved bike and walking paths, inviting you to explore the myriad offerings of 30A. Seaside Town Square, boasting many delightful restaurants, shops, and local businesses, is just a short walk or bike ride away.
