The sound of waves and the scent of salt air welcome you the moment you arrive in Seagrove Beach. Spend mornings strolling to the beach, then return to relax in your own outdoor space. Evenings invite you to settle into the quiet comfort of this ground-floor flat, where coastal ease meets thoughtful details for a simple, refreshing stay. For larger groups, MAR connects to the upstairs unit, SOL, creating more room for extended gatherings.

Had a great time at MAR. Loved riding the bikes around town. Beautiful place and very comfortable. Easy access to beach and central to restaurants and shopping. Nancy was great. Responded quickly and dealt with issues promptly. We highly recommend.

The MAR is a hidden gem on 30a, right by beach made it easy to set up beach equipment and walk back and forth. Close distance to Seaside and all of our favorite spots in 30a. This place was just perfect, homey and beautiful. Will definitely be back!

Place was amazing. The Mar the one we stayed at was the 1st floor. The trees and plants kept the place private. Very clean and felt right at peace when we crossed the threshold. Cross walk right in-front of the property, so getting to the beach was a breeze. We went early morning and late afternoon and it wasn’t crowded at all. We expected it to be busy definitely wasn’t for July 4th week. Also grocery store was very close. I drive a tundra and we didn’t rent a golf cart (rent ahead of time it was an afterthought for us and there were none available). Felt ok, but recommend something smaller for the area. No issue with parking anywhere if you arrived early. Don’t try to go to the shops in the afternoon unless you have a small vehicle.

Place is very clean and cute! Loved the access to bikes. No chairs, coolers, and we only had 2 beach towels. Just all good to know ahead of time. The beach is not a private beach. The private beach access just means there’s no public parking. I ended up going down to another access point where I could rent chairs and umbrellas. Also, we requested to have a 2 hr later checkout and was told we would have to pay $75.

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!! Not only did this space feel private, it truly felt like home away from home. This house is charming and super comfortable. We have a 5 yr old and a 1yr old and it was perfect for them! And to make things even better, the beach was so much closer than what we anticipated from looking at the photos and google earth. That was the best surprise! Everything was so clean and well decorated. Our favorite part of our stay was eating all of our meals out on the porch as a family. We don’t have a porch at home, so this made our experience extra special and a great way to bookend our beach days together!

We had a great time here. It was very spacious, which made the rainy days we were inside much more enjoyable. There were plenty of restaurants within walking/biking distance and the beach access was just across the street. We would definitely come back here.

This property management company, KISMET, is truly exceptional. We rent multiple vacation homes a year, and this company is by far the best we’ve ever encountered. The property is gorgeous, pristine, and comfortable. It’s clear that everything, from the decor to the linens, was thoughtfully chosen to reflect quality and care. Our stay at MAR was so perfect for us. We were right across from the beach and walkable to everything !! The place was so perfect for my husband and I and my sister-in-law came for one night. It is the perfect size. It was very clean and the hosts were always very responsive right away. We highly recommend and we already booked to come back.!!
