Seagrove Beach is home to a wonderful assortment of restaurants, shops, and other local businesses, all just a short stroll or bike ride away.

Guests are given a unique door code that is active for the duration of their stay.

We respect your privacy but can always assist you with any questions or recommendations.

Parking:
Parking for 2 vehicles in an open parking lot. No Boats, Trailers, or U-Hauls permitted.

House Rules:

• No Pets
• Must be 25 or older and staying at the property for the entire stay
• The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement
• The Primary guest is required to upload a copy of their photo ID

This property is located right off highway 30A on the emerald coast in Sea Grove FL. There is beach access just across the street. It is very close to Cafe Thirty-A and Angelica’s Pizzeria and pasta. Sea Grove coffee and Donuts is just on the other side of the parking lot. Seaside is just 1 1/2 miles down the road with many restaurants and shops. If your looking for a great place to stay for a beach getaway I highly recommend this property 10/10 would stay here again

Very close to the beach and walkable to several restaurants. Condo grounds were very nice and well kept. The condo was very clean, but could use some small updates.

The condo was clean, steps away from the beach, and very fairly priced. Nancy was very good about communicating and made our stay easy and stress free. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone.

My daughter and I stayed at this property for four nights over spring break. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The location is great - 1 minute walk to the beach and about an 8 minute bike ride to Seaside. After visiting Seaside we were glad to be staying in a quieter, but close to everything, area. The property buildings are well marked and the grounds/pool were clean. The unit itself was not the fanciest condo we’ve stayed in but it was comfortable for the two of us. Water pressure in the shower was good but there were some mild cosmetic things needing tended to such as the flooring in some areas. I would agree with other reviews in that the couch needs replaced. It is worn with noticeable wear/stains. I would recommend packing a blanket, etc for the bunk beds as the bedding is essentially a sheet and very small thin throw.

My family and I enjoyed the stay at Moon Pie. As described, furniture was a little bit dirty/stained.. and unfortunately for the owner the laundry mat on property wasn’t working properly. It was VERY convenient beach access to the beach, and a convenient store right next door for things as needed.

Great location across from beach access and convenient to pools. Grounds were very well kept and clean. The home was perfect size for just me and my husband. and nicely decorated. Nancy was friendly and helpful. Mostly clean, but floors were filthy. When we arrived, I had to sweep and use a rag to wipe down floors. There wasn't a mop or I would have used it. Otherwise good. One note, the queen bed was very uncomfortable, and could be replaced. Otherwise a pleasant stay and a lovely home.
