Recently renovated to the highest standards, this home boasts impeccable interiors with modern finishes and a fresh, inviting ambiance throughout. The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring high-end appliances and everything needed to prepare delicious family meals. The spacious living and dining areas flow seamlessly to a private outdoor patio — your own oasis for Florida sunshine and evening relaxation. When it's time for the beach, four complimentary bikes and a full beach gear set-up make getting there effortless.

BEACH ACCESS UPDATE: WATERSOUND WEST BOARDWALK PROJECT
Please be aware that the Watersound West community will be constructing a new beach boardwalk from November 2026 through February 2027. During this period, direct community beach access will operate on a modified schedule:
Standard Access (Nov 2026 – Feb 2027):
Saturdays & Sundays: Open all day
Mondays – Fridays: Open after 5:00 PM only

Holiday Full Access (Open All Day):
Thanksgiving Week: November 21 – November 29
Christmas: December 23 – December 27
New Year’s: December 30 – January 3

Walton Dunes Public Beach Access is 1 mile (5 minute bike ride) from the house.

Amenities: Zero-entry, resort-style community pool with cabanas, outdoor grilling stations, a fireplace, nature trails, and parks.

Beach Access: Watersound West Private Beach Access, via the community's private boardwalk (0.4 miles).
Boardwalk to Beach is about a 10-minute walk. Parking available at the boardwalk entrance.

What We Provide (Starter Supplies):
Bath Essentials: 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 sets of bath towels per guest
Kitchen Amenity Box: 2 laundry pods, 2 dishwasher pods, a sponge, and dish soap, plus 1 roll of paper towels
Toiletries: Travel-size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each bathroom
Note: These are starter supplies for your arrival and are not restocked during your stay. Bath towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels. For longer stays, we recommend packing extras or picking some up nearby — full suggestions are in your digital guidebook.

Baby Gear & Beach Equipment:

We enjoyed our stay at New Beginnings. Plenty of space and a comfortable place to relax at after the beach. Great neighborhood with awesome outdoor areas both at the house and in the neighborhood. The photos were similar but not exactly how the house looked (different lights and a pictured second living room that’s actually built in bunk beds). Overall we loved the property and would happily stay there again!

Loved our stay! Beautiful home and neighborhood. The bikes made it easy for my teens to get to the beach, we all loved the area and how easy it was to get to get coffee or go out to eat. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The location was great! Communication with the host was excellent, and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. We truly have no complaints and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

We really enjoyed the house and its amenities, we felt at home and very comfortable. We did think the description of how long it took to get to private beach was longer than represented and the listing also represented that there was a 9 hole putt putt golf course and the front gate told us there was not one on the property. We loved the pool and once we got to the beach it was very nice. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay.

Exactly what we were looking for. Quiet, private, gated community with beach access and a nice pool. Walk over the boardwalk to the beach is very nice. Nancy’s home was very comfortable and easy to relax in. We’ve found our new regular 30A spot!!

Wow! We absolutely loved our stay in this home. It absolutely exceeded our expectations. The home and neighborhood are eveb better in person! Our family has stayed in many different spots along 30a and Watersound West Beach is our new favorite! Very quiet and peaceful. We loved walking to the beach and the community pool. This home truly is beautiful and Nancy’s team was incredibly responsive to any of our needs. For example, the home was missing a hot water kettle and after reaching out to them in the morning, a new kettle was dropped off a few hours later. We loved our stay and hope to come back someday!

This is our 4th time staying in this neighborhood it the our favorite place to stay. Extremely peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed the heated pool and and riding bikes down to the private beach. The house was amazing we will definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time. Great house, beautifully furnished with spacious rooms, bathrooms and all the necessary amenities. Loved the upstairs balcony and the downstairs fenced porch. Everything was spotless. The host communicated proactively and was quickly responsive. The gated community the house is located in is very nice, family oriented and quiet. The community pool was great. The preserved nature around and at the edge of the gated community as well as the wooden walkable bridges to the wonderful white sand beach was something we thoroughly enjoyed. The house is managed more “hotel” style, given the style of toiletries provided and plenty of towels at our disposal. The kitchen was well furnished with plates/pots/pans and glasses, drip coffee and keurig machine., that provided us with an easy way to have breakfast every day. Perhaps there could be some minimal basic pantry items provided (salt, sugar, pepper). We had a great time at this gem, and plan to return.

The place was in a great location with access to the pool and the beach. The place had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The only downside was the bunk beds were in the loft space and not in a dedicated bedroom.

Absolutely LOVED our time there! The home was beautifully decorated, yet extremely comfortable. The balcony was very private and relaxing with a morning coffee and a good book. The private beach access was phenomenal and the neighborhood was very welcoming. The neighborhood pool was pristine.
