Guests are given a unique door code that is active for the duration of their stay.

Interaction with Guests:
We respect your privacy but can always assist you with any questions or recommendations.

Parking:
• Parking for 2 Vehicles.
• No Boats, Trailers, or U-Hauls are permitted.
• NO STREET PARKING

House Rules:
• No smoking
• No parties or events
• Must be 25 or older and staying at the property for the entire stay.
• The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement
• The Primary guest is required to upload a copy of their photo ID.
• Credit card information will be required to be held in case of bike loss or damage.
• Exterior cameras present at the home

Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in: 4:00 PM Check-out: 10:00 AM

CANCELATION POLICY:
Guest receives 100% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.

The master bathroom and shower looks brand new and her bath towels are the best. The solitude reading on the back deck is like being in the woods. love it.

Off The Hook was an amazing property. Great location to the beach and restaurants and Bars. The neighbor hood was spectacular & very quiet. Will definitely be Back!

Our second stay at this location. It’s clean, nice neighborhood, pet friendly. Love it! Paid for early check in however and had issues with key code not working so we had to wait outside.

We had a great time, the fenced back yard was perfect for our pups that we never leave home. House was larger than expected plenty of space. Super cute little neighborhood!! Great location, pool is close by, beach is a little ways but we rented a golfcart to go to and from the beach, shops and restaurants. All in all a great stay!!! Would definitely recommend Off the Hook!!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Off the Hook this last week. We absolutely loved this neighborhood! It felt tucked away in peaceful surroundings but just a 1/2 mile from restaurants and shopping. The house was perfect for our family and had everything we needed. We appreciated the guide to download with any and all information we needed during our stay. This was our second time to visit the 30A area and we will definitely consider staying at Off the Hook in the future.
