The sound of waves greets you each morning as you step onto your private balcony, where emerald waters stretch endlessly before you. Sunlight pours through wide windows, filling the open living space with a glow that mirrors the beach just steps away. In the evening, linger outdoors with a drink in hand, watching the horizon melt into vibrant Gulf sunsets. Every moment here places you closer to the rhythm of the shoreline.

Community & HOA Amenities:
Amenities: Sugar Dunes Condominiums sits in a quiet cove in Seagrove Beach and is one of the few 30A buildings with a "grandfathered" rear beach walkway connecting private decks directly to the sand.
Beach Access: Private beach access via the grandfathered walkway — restricted to Sugar Dunes renters and owners only; visiting (non-staying) guests are not permitted to use this beach.

IMPORTANT — Beach Chair Policy
Private chairs are not permitted from March to October. Guest who need additional chairs must rent from the on-site vendor (Spyglass) at $35/day for 2 chairs + 1 umbrella.

What We Provide (Starter Supplies):
Bath Essentials: 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 sets of bath towels per guest
Kitchen Amenity Box: 2 laundry pods, 2 dishwasher pods, a sponge, and dish soap, plus 1 roll of paper towels
Toiletries: Travel-size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each bathroom
Note: These are starter supplies for your arrival and are not restocked during your stay. For longer stays, we recommend packing extras or picking some up nearby — full suggestions are in your digital guidebook.

We had such a great stay at Nancy’s place. The first thing that stood out was how clean everything was when we arrived. The condo felt fresh, well cared for, and had everything we needed. Honestly, the sleep was incredible. My wife, parents, sister, and I all kept saying the same thing throughout the trip, we slept deeper than we have in a long time and never wanted to get out of bed in the morning. The location is hard to beat. Being right on the beach made it so easy to go back and forth throughout the day, and the area felt very safe and peaceful. It was the perfect spot for a relaxing family getaway.

We absolutely LOVED staying at Nancy’s beautiful condo. Being right on the beach and having easy access via stairs (and not having to lug a wagon, etc) was truly a luxury and a rare find. The condo was incredibly clean and we can’t wait to come back.

Such a beautiful place and location. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I appreciated how responsive the host was and how thorough the guidebook was. When we were preparing for our trip, we didn't feel like we were missing important information. The stay was pricey, but I can say without hesitation that it was the nicest beach house I've ever stayed in. Thanks!

We had a great stay at this condo. It was the perfect beach getaway. We enjoyed having the beach chairs and umbrellas set up each day for us. The location is great if you're willing to drive to restaurants and shops.
