Location:
Palms of Seagrove is a private condo community on the south side of 30A and in the heart of Seagrove Beach. It features a community pool and private beach access. 2 The Sea is a 10-minute bike ride to Seaside Town Square!

Guest Access:
Guests are given a unique door code that is active for the duration of their stay.

Interaction with Guests:
We respect your privacy but can always assist you with any questions or recommendations.

Parking:
Parking for 1 vehicle in an open parking lot. No Boats, Trailers, or U-Hauls are permitted.
If you rent a golf cart, the golf cart must be gas-powered and will take up your 1 allocated parking space.

House Rules:
• No smoking
• No parties or events
• No Pets
• Must be 25 or older and staying at the property for the entire stay
• The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement
• The Primary guest is required to upload a copy of their photo ID

The Palms of Seagrove is centrally located in Seagrove right on 30A with easy and private beach access. Take walks along the beach, ride your bike or walk to local restaurants, shopping, or Seaside along the 18.5 miles of paved dedicated paths along 30A.

It was a dream!! It was the perfect location and easy access to the beach. Stepping into the condo was like stepping into paradise with the welcoming atmosphere music and the AC already going for us, and cleanliness of the home was all top notch. We would love to stay here again.

We had a great time at the Palms! The condo is super clean and really well-stocked. It’s such a quick walk to the beach, and we enjoyed the pool when the weather was too rough for the beach. Super easy bike ride to Seaside, too. Be aware that there is a bit of road noise since it’s right on the 30A, but it’s a great location!

I have to start this review with stating that you could just smell the cleanliness of this place when you walked in. Not a masked smell, but truly clean! This was by far the most well stocked condo our family has stayed at. The kitchen had everything you would need to prepare meals and the freezer made plenty of ice. There was no pantry space available, but we just used a portion of the counter tops and it was totally fine! The space was fantastic for our family (2 adults and 3 children aged 5, 8, and 12). We always bring our own board and card games, but there were many provided at the condo. The towel sets available for each person were also great to have. We will most definitely look for this unit for our next stay.

The proximity to the beach was perfect. Super short walk to the beach made our stay with three kids pleasant! Clean, comfortable and exactly what we needed. Thank you!

It was a nice updated unit. Access to beach was very convenient. Having the option at the complex to for daily beach chair and umbrella set up (which is as an additional expense) was an added bonus when only staying for a few days.

Our family of four enjoyed our stay at Nancy's place. The kids (ages 8 and 5) loved the built in bunk beds. The linens were plush and we enjoyed having extra blankets during the cold spell we experienced during the first part of our stay. There is some traffic noise being directly on 30A, however, you also have the convenience of being on 30A. We enjoyed the location and having direct access to a stunning, private beach was so convenient. The puzzles and games kept us entertained when we weren't shopping or at the beach! We would stay here again!

I stayed for 5 days and I had a perfect time. The house was nice and clean, the arrangement was very organized,and the beds were very comfortable. I loved the kitchen and in case of bad weather there are many board games and books, the only down side is that it is on the third floor and there is not an elevator, so it can become a challenge to bring the beach equipment back and forth, we solve the problem by leaving everything in the truck of the car and get it on our way to the beach.
