Seaside and a variety of restaurants are just a stroll or bike ride away. Embrace the outdoors with miles of paved bike/walking path right across the street from The Grove's entrance, allowing you to immerse yourself in the beauty of all 30A has to offer. Plus, the public beach walkover awaits directly across 30A from the subdivision's entrance, ensuring convenient access to our white-sand beaches.

Guest Access:
Guests are given a unique door code that is active for the duration of their stay.

Interaction with Guests:
We respect your privacy but can always assist you with any questions or recommendations.

Parking:
• Parking for 3 Vehicles.
• No Boats, Trailers, or U-Hauls are permitted.
• NO STREET PARKING

House Rules:
• No smoking
• No parties or events
• Must be 25 or older and staying at the property for the entire stay.
• The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement
• The Primary guest is required to upload a copy of their photo ID.

Great location! The beach access was relatively close and it was only about a mile walk to Seaside. The house was nice and decor was really cute. Loved the screened-in porch for morning coffee and the fenced backyard was really nice to have for our dog. We had a great time!

Very quiet and private location! Easy bike ride to Seaside Square and would be walkable if it weren’t so hot! Extremely nice and easy walk to the beach. Lovely trail behind the house-great for morning walks. Pool is right around the corner. Master bed was super comfortable and the rooms were perfect for our teenagers. We really enjoyed the covered patio in the morning and evenings. No mosquitos! Playing Hooky was perfect for our stay this visit. Would recommend.

We had a great week in this little cottage. We love this general area and neighborhood. Pros: only a few blocks down to the beach. 1 mile walk into Seaside for restaurants and shops. Bikes, if you need them. The neighborhood pool is very close by, and there’s a second one for the back half of the neighborhood as well. The outdoor shower was also great! Cons: This cottage is behind another cottage, so it does not sit on the main road, and you have to look down the long driveways to even find a house number on the car port. Wasn’t easy to find it at night at all so use your phone map and a flashlight. It does not have a front porch, it would technically be a back porch since you can’t get to the front of the house by a road. It’s a weird set up and was unexpected. The only other con is that for 4 thousand dollars for a week and 6 people, more than 2 rolls of toilet paper, dish pods, and trash bags should be provided. It was a great stay though and we would come back.

Had a wonderful time! Incredibly walkable to the beach and easily bike-able to a few restaurants. We’ve stayed in the area several years in a row now and we really loved this location because of how private it is! Our family ended up renting another home one house down so that worked out really well for a long Memorial Day weekend! We ended up needing propane and had a couple of questions and they were answered immediately. Thankful for the opportunity to stay! We will be back!

This home was a great place to stay and in a great location. Only about a mile from the town’s center, easily accessible by car, golf cart, or long walk if you want some exercise. The beach access was also easily accessible by walk, or another one close by that had parking. The neighborhood was quiet and nice. The home was clean and comfortable.
