Nestled in the sought-after community, The Grove by the Sea, positioned at the heart of Seagrove Beach, our location is truly unbeatable. Seaside and a variety of restaurants are just a stroll or bike ride away. Embrace the outdoors with miles of paved bike/walking path right across the street from The Grove's entrance, allowing you to immerse yourself in the beauty of all 30A has to offer. Plus, the public beach walkover awaits directly across 30A from the subdivision's entrance, ensuring convenient access to our white-sand beaches.

Guest Access:
Guests are given a unique door code that is active for the duration of their stay.

Interaction with Guests:
We respect your privacy but can always assist you with any questions or recommendations.

Parking:
• Parking for 3 Vehicles.
• No Boats, Trailers, or U-Hauls are permitted.
• NO STREET PARKING

House Rules:
• No smoking
• No parties or events
• Must be 25 or older and staying at the property for the entire stay.
• The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement
• The Primary guest is required to upload a copy of their photo ID.

CANCELATION POLICY:
Guest receives 100% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.

Situated in the coveted community of The Grove by the Sea on 30A. With shopping and dining in both directions, take advantage of the extensive paved paths to explore the coastal towns of 30A, like Seagrove and Seaside. The public beach walkover is just across from the community entrance.

The house and location was perfect! We had a minor issue with the air conditioning but someone was out within 10 minutes from me texting and had it up and running. The house was super clean. I loved the fenced in yard to take my pups out in. We will definitely be back.

I can’t speak highly enough about our experience staying here. The location is perfect, the neighborhood couldn’t be more peaceful, the house was immaculate and the communication from Nancy was excellent. The beach access is very close and one of the least crowded around. I would recommend this house to anyone, and we can’t wait for our next trip.

This place was WONDERFUL! My husband and I spent 3 weeks here as we both had the opportunity to work from home. It is in a cute and very quiet neighborhood that was perfect for morning walks! My husband loved swimming laps in the pool and the neighbors we met were all so nice! The walk to the beach was easy and you could even ride bikes. We took the bikes everywhere as parking is not the best in Seaside. We just wish the bikes had baskets for the farmers market so just bring a bag! The house itself was great. We used the kitchen a lot and the laundry machine. All appliances were in great condition. The beds were extremely comfortable which was so nice for how long we stayed! There was a nice big closet in the master room as well! Our favorite part was the screened in porch for morning coffee and the outdoor shower when coming back from the beach. This neighborhood is our new favorite beach spot and can’t wait to bring friends and family back.

Nancy’s home was perfect for our stay. It’s in a quiet neighborhood just a short walk from public beach access and close to Seaside, which made getting around easy. Having access to the pool was a huge plus, especially for our son. One of the highlights was being able to bring our dogs. The fenced yard gave them space and made things much simpler for us. Overall, the house had everything we needed, and we would happily rent it again. We come to Seaside every year, and Nancy's house will definitely be on our list!

Absolutely loved our stay at Playing Hooky. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood in Seagrove with great location just a short walk to the beach. The home was perfect size for our family and we thought it looked even better than the photos. The fenced yard was a plus for our dog. We will be back!
