Popsicle was immaculately clean and pictures were very accurate. Beautiful place! Pros: We had plenty of room for 3 couples with the king sized beds and private bathrooms with each bedroom. Beds were super comfy. Newly remodeled and very nice. AC and WiFi worked great! Office space was a big plus for one in our party who worked this week. Kitchen was well stocked with everything including a few spices and storage bowls. The beach was a quick 3-4 min walk from front door. Beach chairs and toys were available in closet. Big plus! Leave yours at home. :) The cons: elevator didn’t work for several days, carried heavy luggage and coolers up 3 flights of stairs. Private beach was very packed, with 2 rows of chairs/umbrellas. Very small “private beach” that is shared along with 5 properties. First time we’ve experienced this at 30A. :( Overall, a fantastic stay, as my cons cannot be changed by the host themselves. Nancy and Kismet team were fantastic. Those are property/HOA negatives.

Great Airbnb for a girls trip! We loved the 3 king beds and full bathrooms. The location was amazing and a short 7 minute walk to the beach. The place also came equipped with very nice beach chairs and supplies. The beds were comfy, spacious living room, and balcony with small ocean views for morning coffee. Would definitely recommend!

Great stay in a wonderful home. The house was clean, spacious, and looked just like the pictures. Nice little Gulf view from the deck. The beach was about a 5 minute walk from the house. It’s a private beach, which is great. I stayed in May and it was pretty empty, but I’m sure the private beach access is even better during peak summer months. Easy to rent a bike, which was waiting for me on the property when I arrived. Highly recommend a trip to Dough Sea Dough Donuts (get the pinecone donut) and Hokulia Shave Ice (get the honeycomb Graham ice cream). Very responsive host as well who provided everything I needed.

We loved our stay at Popscicle and would definitely stay again! The location was perfect for us with easy access to the beach and restaurants and close to all the fun spots on 30A. The pool was fantastic, and on the 3rd floor we were lucky enough to have a little view of the ocean! Anyone looking to stay please note the private beach access is close but requires you to climb up and down about 30 stairs which was not ideal for my 93 year old grandma, but she did enjoy the view from the top! Having an extra fob to access the beach would be nice so people can come and go easier. Our only other feedback would be providing luggage racks in the bedrooms, and black out curtains as there are many lights surrounding the building and this affected our sleep. Thanks for a great stay!

We loved our stay- the listing was exactly what we experienced. We enjoyed the very quick walk to the beach. Plenty of beach supplies/chairs. Enjoyed the private beach access. Family friendly. The pool was very clean and relaxing, and even though we had some very cold days, we enjoyed our time here! ☀️

Hi, This is the cutest condo and has such a great layout! I had to work on this trip and the office was perfect! The photographs don't do the property justice! You can't beat the location of this condo. I've been during spring break now and fall break prior and it has always been peaceful and quiet. The beach is so close and the private deed beach is fantastic! We will definitely book this property again! We love Kismet properties! They always take such great care of us!!
