Guests are given a unique door code that is active for the duration of their stay.

We respect your privacy but can always assist you with any questions or recommendations.

Parking:
• Parking for 3 Vehicles.
• No Boats, Trailers, or U-Hauls are permitted.
• NO STREET PARKING

House Rules:
• No smoking
• No parties or events
• No Pets
• Must be 25 or older and staying at the property for the entire stay.
• The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement
• The Primary guest is required to upload a copy of their photo ID.
• Guests do not have access to the garage.

CANCELATION POLICY:
Guest receives 100% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.

We had a wonderful stay at this home close to the beach on 30A with our kids (ages 2–8). The location was fantastic — just a short distance to the sand and right next to the community pool, which was perfect for a family getaway. Like some other reviews mentioned, there was a faint odor in the house, but it was minor and didn’t affect our stay. The house was comfortable, spacious, and worked well for our family.

Perfect house. Carriage house was such a bonus. A little far back in the neighborhood but easy to bike to beach. Walk would probably be 10-12 mins mostly in cute neighborhood. Neighborhood is right off 30A and beach access right across street. Note there is no parking but we found a spot right before exiting the neighborhood for the golf cart. Pool directly beside house and not busy during our week. Felt like a private pool. Bikes were a plus also! The house had everything you need including started boxes of dish and bathroom supplies. Lots of toilet paper and tons of towels! Beds extremely comfortable. (No beach towels) Nice grill area and outside porches. Large outdoor shower and some beach chairs, toys, etc under steps. Very clean. Large kitchen and dining area! Big enough for all 12 of us! Overall, in 7 years of coming to 30A this is one of our favorite homes. The perfect neighborhood with the perfect Beach access. No public parking at this beach access means less people at this public beach location. The golf cart was great because we just zoomed through the pretty neighborhood and parked it legally almost at the end of the street. The additional bikes were great as well because we had 7 people. The house is adjacent to the pool..perfect placement. Not loud at all. I felt the house was far better than the pictures. Very clean. Kitchen was well stocked with a blender, shrimp boil pot, stainless steel pans. We have family members with allergies so we do appreciate when we can find an animal free rental. (We love animals, sadly allergies though.) The only downsides were that there are no beach chairs at this rental and no beach towels. We did read that before and brought our own towels. We flew here so that was cumbersome. We went to Sam's and bought 7 nice beach chairs. That was cheaper than beach chair rental companies. And sold them, so we paid 50.00 for all 7 chairs total. The kitchen had plenty of room for us all to move around easily. I will definitely book this house again in the future without hesitation. Someone earlier mentioned pillows lacking-that's been remedied-we had no complaints. The golf cart speed was completely fine to us. The living room furniture needs a refresh bc it sags but that's not a deal breaker at all. Very nice rental, thank you for sharing with our family. We were sad to leave!

This property was perfect for our group of 11. We brought our daughters to seaside for their senior trip after graduation. It was the perfect combination of fun and relaxation. The property is close to just about everything….grocery store, beach and shopping. The home is gorgeous and looks just like the photos. The management company was wonderful and very responsive. Thank you so much for making our trip perfect!

We stayed here for Spring Break and the property was great! Location was wonderful. It was so nice to have the pool right next door and everything was close by to the house. Only 2 notes would be make sure you bring beach towels and any toys you want for the beach. The golf cart was a bit outdated and did not lock properly and did not seem to go above 22 mph. Otherwise everything was great and the host gave amazing information so we knew what we needed to bring w us for our stay.

Wonderful vacation home in a great quiet neighborhood close to everything. The management company went above and beyond with helpThe only small item I would recommend for improvement is to consider upgrading the living room furniture. It is a bit aged.

Such a beautiful, spacious home. Loved the openness of the downstairs where everyone always hangs out. Loved how close we were to the beach, many restaurants, Chapel at Seaside & Publix. The golf cart was a huge bonus making it easier getting all of our things to the beach & was a quick drive to Seaside for lunch/dinner. We loved having the community pool literally next to the house & enjoyed the tennis/pickleball courts just a few steps away. Kismet Properties was very easy to work with & very prompt on any questions we had. Definitely would rent this beautiful home again!
