Location:
Found on the highly desirable San Juan Avenue, we are centrally located in the heart of Seagrove Beach on 30A. We are a short bike ride to Seaside Town Square and popular Seagrove restaurants and shops, or an easy walk to the Gulf!

Guest Access:
Guests are given a unique door code that is active for the duration of their stay.

Interaction with Guests:
We respect your privacy but can always assist you with any questions or recommendations.

Parking:
• Parking for 3 Vehicles.
• No Boats, Trailers, or U-Hauls are permitted.
• NO STREET PARKING

House Rules:
• No smoking
• No Pets
• No parties or events
• Must be 25 or older and staying at the property for the entire stay.
• The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement
• The Primary guest is required to upload a copy of their photo ID.
• Guests do not have access to the garage.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Salt Shack! It is such a cute, charming little beach house—very clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could need. It truly felt like a home away from home and was the perfect place for our family during such a special Florida vacation. We made so many wonderful memories and always loved coming back to this cozy little house at the end of the day. We would happily stay here again and definitely recommend it to others! ☀️🌴🩷

Clean, responsive. Nancy took great care of us! Great location road to the beach everyday… about a 5-10 minutes ride to Dothan beach where we rented chairs!

Salt Shack was perfect for my family of four (2 adults/2 kids). The house was adorable and just as described in the listing. Easy walk or bike ride to the beach (or rent a golf cart and make it all even easier). Close to many restaurants/ Seaside. Close to Publix as well which made grocery trips easy. If you are ok without access to a pool for your beach trip (we had family staying nearby with a pool) then this is the place for you! Absolutely zero complaints!

Amazing place to stay. By far, one of THE best Airbnb's I've stayed at. Beautiful house right near the beaches of Santa Rosa. Short car ride to Seacrest as well. My mom and I loved our stay here. It was walking distance to the beach which was gorgeous and there was a nice organic cafe in the area (about a 12 min walk from the house). House is brand new inside and absolutely gorgeous.

Had a beautiful week with my wife here. So relaxing, easy access to the beach and the free bikes really made the week. So easy to ride into seaside and shop. Would stay here again!

Our stay at the Salt shack was great! The house was as described and the perfect amount of space for us. It had great access to the beach even during the busy spring break season and the neighborhood was very peaceful.
