Location:
Found on the highly desirable San Juan Avenue, we are centrally located in the heart of Seagrove Beach on 30A. We are a short bike ride to Seaside Town Square and popular Seagrove restaurants and shops, or an easy walk to the Gulf!

Guest Access:
Guests are given a unique door code that is active for the duration of their stay.

Interaction with Guests:
We respect your privacy but can always assist you with any questions or recommendations.

Parking:
• Parking for 3 Vehicles.
• No Boats, Trailers, or U-Hauls are permitted.
• NO STREET PARKING

House Rules:
• No smoking
• No Pets
• No parties or events
• Must be 25 or older and staying at the property for the entire stay.
• The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement
• The Primary guest is required to upload a copy of their photo ID.
• Guests do not have access to the garage.

CANCELATION POLICY:
Guest receives 100% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.

Our stay at the Salt shack was great! The house was as described and the perfect amount of space for us. It had great access to the beach even during the busy spring break season and the neighborhood was very peaceful.

We had a great week at the Salt Shack! The included bikes were perfect to bike to/from downtown. The house was exactly as we expected from the photos, and the stocked kitchen was great for cooking in the home when we wanted to. My only advice I'd give if you are coming to the Salt Shack is to your own beach towels, as the house doesn't offer any. I'd also recommend bringing your own toilet paper since the house only comes with 2 rolls and buying more at the store in town is expensive. Overall, we'd definitely come back. The house is in a great neighborhood and is perfect for a small family beach getaway.

We loved staying at Salt Shack. It’s new, clean, and had everything we needed. The mattresses were very comfortable, and we slept great. For anyone who sleeps with a fan for noise, there is one provided. We would stay here again.

Great cute two room house. Very clean and well decorated. Comfortable beds and my daughter loved the bunk bed. The house had everything for an easy comfortable stay including a well stocked kitchen. Communication with kismet properties was easy and prompt.
