The Sandpiper Cottage is a quaint 2-bedroom home in the heat of Seagrove Beach! With sleeping arrangements for up to 6 guests, proximity to the beach, and access to 2 community pools and a tennis court, Stolen Moments provides a relaxed and convenient stay on 30A for your entire family!

The S. Andalusia Beach access is located directly across 30A from the community entrance. This prime stretch of public beach gives renters plenty of room to enjoy the Gulf Coast!

Seaside and a variety of restaurants are just a stroll or bike ride away. Embrace the outdoors with miles of paved bike/walking path right across the street from The Grove's entrance, allowing you to immerse yourself in the beauty of all 30A has to offer. Plus, the public beach walkover awaits directly across 30A from the subdivision's entrance, ensuring convenient access to our white-sand beaches.

Guests are given a unique door code that is active for the duration of their stay.

Interaction with Guests:
We respect your privacy but can always assist you with any questions or recommendations.

Parking:
• Parking for 2 Vehicles.
• No Boats, Trailers, or U-Hauls are permitted.
• NO STREET PARKING

House Rules:
• No smoking
• No parties or events
• Must be 25 or older and staying at the property for the entire stay.
• The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement
• The Primary guest is required to upload a copy of their photo ID.

We loved our stay at Sandpiper Cottage. It was perfect for our young family of four with a great layout, community pools and easy walk to the beach. Would definitely stay again!

Our family of four had a great stay at Nancy’s place. The two pools that we had access to were great and the beach was an easy walk or bike ride. The place itself was clean but just felt very worn. A few places with large gashes in the hardwood floors, blinds that didn’t work when we tried to tilt a different direction, burned out light bulbs, mix match light colors, and worn furniture. However, the place was clean, beds were comfortable, location was great and we enjoyed our stay.

The house was easy to find and the check in process was simple. We enjoyed the peaceful surroundings, quick walk to the beach and the bikes that were included. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location! 5 minute walk to the beach, 20 minute walk or 10 minute bike ride to Seaside. Cute neighborhood and home was very clean. Would happily stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The house is beautiful, the neighborhood is very quiet, and the location is perfect for getting to the beach and Seaside. We actually enjoyed it so much, we booked another stay for later in the Summer!

The Sandpiper Cottage was a great get away for spring break! We had 2 adults and 2 -17 year old daughters, and it was a perfect set up for us! It is a 5 minute walk to beach , and a short bike ride to other places . It had everything we needed , and was a great place to call home for the week! We have stayed in this neighborhood before , but needed a smaller place this time , and this was perfect !
