Don't let the 2 bedroom tag fool you…this sweet cottage with an open floor plan and living area is spacious and allows for comfortable lounging while watching HUGE flat screen tv. Wi-Fi, cable, and movie channels are included, and the home has a full-sized WASHER & DRYER for your convenience. Dog friendly too!
The home also features an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, solid wood cabinets, breakfast bar, microwave, and pantry. It is fully stocked and ready to be used to create wonderful meals during your stay.
When the sand and salt become too much, and a quiet spot for reading is needed, there is a clean and well-kept COMMUNITY POOL just down the street with keyed access for renters. *Pool is closed November-February*
There is a fire pit and gas grill for outdoor cooking and entertainment for those ready to enjoy the outdoors. One fabulous feature of this area is the 20 miles of biking/walking paths along all of highway 30-A and in more tucked-away off-road trails.
The home is located within walking distance of great local shopping and dining. Public BEACH ACCESS IS SOOO CLOSE – just across Hwy 30-A (300 steps from deeded beach access at Campbell St). The beaches in this area of Florida can't be beaten! We are near many lovely communities with additional shopping and dining opportunities like Seaside, Watercolor, Rosemary Beach, and Grayton Beach – only a bike ride away. No golf cart is necessary due to its proximity to so many great places, but rental is available at a discounted rate.
We are pet lovers and enjoy being able to offer a PET-FRIENDLY stay for your family. Please note that in order to stay pet friendly, though, it's important that you CRATE your pet during your absence, pick up poo in the area when you walk them and do not leave them unattended in the back yard. Also, know that pets are not allowed on the beaches without a permit, and only locals can get permits. They are not transferrable to guests. This is a county-wide ruling and not specific to our home or town. We do require a non-refundable pet deposit which allows for 2 dogs.
In addition, please note that we have a RING doorbell with surveillance and recording features as a safety precaution.

White sand beaches and crystal blue waters abound along 30A, plus paved miles of walk/run/bike paths that stretch out on 30A. You will love exploring, shopping, local dining, or going out for ice cream. Fresh seafood shops within cycling distance. Two miles to Seaside, near Tom Thumb (convenience store), three miles from Publix Grocery store, and an easy walk to the beach! Fine and casual dining opportunities from breakfasts to dinner, as well as proximity to bike and beach rentals. Short drives to Rosemary beach, the Hub, Panama City Beach, or Destin.

NOTE: Accidental Damage Protection: Your Admin Fee includes an accidental damage protection plan. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible for paying if there is accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2500. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, and/or damages caused by pets. All guests will also be required to provide a credit card for damages that exceed the protection limit or are not protected by the plan.
The primary Guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter's Agreement and upload a copy of their ID.
Our properties feature self-check-in with key code locks using a personalized key code, allowing you to just walk in when you arrive! Your unique code also frees you from having to keep up with a set of keys and allows everyone to come and go as they please. Your door code expires at check-out.

One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $250.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $250.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
