Guest Access:
Guests are given a unique door code that is active for the duration of their stay.

Interaction with Guests:
We respect your privacy but can always assist you with any questions or recommendations.

Parking:
• Parking for 3 Vehicles
• No Boats, Trailers, or U-Hauls
• NO STREET PARKING

House Rules:
• No smoking
• No parties or events
• Must be 25 or older and staying at the property for the entire stay.
• The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement.
• The Primary guest is required to upload a copy of their photo ID.
• No Pets

This house was amazing and very clean when we arrived. Exactly like the pictures and a close walk to the beach! The included bikes were a nice touch as well as the neighborhood pool to take a dip in. We were in a pickle with our other rental and needed to find a new space, and they accommodated us very nicely at the last minute. We appreciate it!

We had such a lovely time at this peaceful and cozy beach house. The perfect place for our family vacation. Easy walk to the beach, comfy beds, beautiful decor, we LOVED it!

We really enjoyed our stay! There were 3 children and 6 adults in our group and we had plenty of space. I was surprised to see there were 3 full bathrooms upstairs with the 3 bedrooms and then of course the master bedroom and bath were downstairs. The pool was right across the street and the beach was just a short 5 minute walk.
