A fully equipped kitchen includes a blender, wine opener, toaster, coffee pot, and all cooking utensils.

You'll love exploring, shopping, local dining, or stopping to get ice cream. Fresh seafood shops and fine dining are within cycling distance. Just about 2.5 miles to Seaside Market, 2.5 miles from Publix Grocery store, and an easy walk to the beach! Fine and casual dining opportunities from breakfasts to dinner, as well as proximity to bike and beach rentals. Short drives to Rosemary beach, the Hub, Panama City Beach, or Destin.

CANCELATION POLICY: Guest receives 100% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.

NOTE: Accidental Damage Protection: Your Admin Fee includes an accidental damage protection plan. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible for paying if there is accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2500. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, and/or damages caused by pets. All guests will also be required to provide a credit card for damages that exceed the protection limit or are not protected by the plan.
The primary Guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter's Agreement and upload a copy of their ID.

One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $250.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $250.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
