Found on the highly desirable San Juan Avenue, we are centrally located in the heart of Seagrove Beach on 30A. We are a short bike ride to Seaside Town Square and popular Seagrove restaurants and shops, or an easy walk to the Gulf!

Guest Access:
Guests are given a unique door code that is active for the duration of their stay.

Interaction with Guests:
We respect your privacy but can always assist you with any questions or recommendations.

Parking:
• Parking for 4 Vehicles.
• No Boats, Trailers, or U-Hauls are permitted.
• NO STREET PARKING

• No parties or events
• Must be 25 or older and staying at the property for the entire stay.
• The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement

Located on highly desirable San Juan Avenue just off 30A we are centrally located along 30A. We are walking distance to Seaside and restaurants. Shopping and dining are both directions on 30A from the subdivision and an easy bike ride. Come stay with us! Enjoy miles of paved bike/walk or jog paths located directly across the street from street entrance so you can explore everything 30A has to offer! The public beach walkovers are conveniently located along 30A for safe crossing.

This was our second time staying at Seas the Moment, and we had another wonderful stay! We were traveling with our two adult daughters and their husbands, along with our little dog, Tucker, and the house had plenty of space for everyone. We absolutely love the location, the private pool, and the outdoor living space. The home was comfortable and worked perfectly for our family for the entire week. We did have an issue with the A/C during our stay, but Kismet was very responsive and stayed on top of it. Once they were able to locate the necessary part, they had it repaired within 24 hours, which we really appreciated. Check-in and check-out were both super easy, and overall we had a great week. We love Seas the Moment and would definitely stay here again. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, spacious home in a great location!

Very nice beach house with private pool! Our family enjoyed having a pool of our own with a toddler that we could use anytime! Personally, the beach access was a little far for us, since we have a toddler we pack a lot of stuff to the beach and it just wasn’t as convenient for us, but probably better for people with older kids or no kids! San Juan access does not have a ramp for wagons but the next access over does so we were able to use that one! The house was super clean, kitchen had everything we needed! There were 4 adults, a toddler and one dog and we felt like we had plenty of space! Easy golf cart ride to seaside which we loved! And in the middle of Rosemary, Alys, Grayton, Seaside, and Watercolor so you can easily hop from place to place to explore! Hosts were great to communicate with and very responsive!

I booked this house for 6 adults, 2 teenagers, 1 toddler, and 2 dogs. I was worried that the space would be cramped, but it fit all of us perfectly. The rooms are all good size, and the bunk beds, although they’re technically in a small space along the hallway upstairs, were still comfy and had enough space for our teens. Each bathroom was clean and spacious. The location itself is really nice - no neighbors on either side, on a dead end road, beach right down the street, and removed far enough from the crowd at Seaside (it’s only a ~5 min golf car ride to get there). The pool is smaller than expected, but it was used frequently and we loved that it was saltwater! I also have to shout out the bike and golf cart rentals. We used them all day long and they made the trip much more enjoyable for everyone. 10/10 would book again!

Visited with our family and two fur babies over the Fourth of July Holiday. Small snafu when we arrived but Nancy and team were very responsive and helpful. Made it no issue at all. Location is on a dead end road far enough off 30A to be quiet. The amenities were great and we loved the pool and private area. Easy transfer to the beach access via golf cart (3 minutes), bike (5 minutes) or walk (10 minutes). Easy drives via car or golf cart to restaurants, groceries, and more.

Overall, I can't be more pleased with how much we enjoyed our stay. It was exactly what we needed while staying on 30A - beautiful home, great outdoor space and a fantastic host! Nancy and her team area always on top of everything and ready to jump in anyway they can to ensure your stay is perfect!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had the best time staying here with our two families (and a crew of teenagers!), and it truly could not have been a better fit for our group. The house was comfortable, and had everything we needed—but what really made the stay special were all the extras. The heated pool, bikes and golf cart were a huge hit and made getting around both easy and fun. We loved being able to take a quick ride or walk over to the San Juan beach access—the beach is absolutely gorgeous and quickly became our favorite spot. Mornings with coffee on the screened-in porch were a highlight—so peaceful and the perfect way to start the day before heading out for more beach time or pool hangs. The space made it easy for everyone to spread out but also come together, which was perfect for our group. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully set up. The hosts clearly care about creating a great experience for their guests. We would definitely stay there again!
