We loved the Seashell Cottage! The kitchen was huge, the master bathroom was incredible, and we loved the location! Super close walk to the private beach area, and the back patio overlooks the pool. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay at Nancy’s place! The condo was absolutely beautiful; everything felt upscale and new and was spotless when we arrived. The location could not be beat - the beach was an easy walk across the street, there were a few restaurants and things within walking distance, and it was an easy drive to any of the other areas on 30A. The complex was quiet and felt safe, and although we did not use it this trip, the community pool was literally steps from the back porch. There was plenty of beach gear available for us to use (towels, chairs, an umbrella, etc.) Although we had a couple issues with communication/instructions, we thoroughly enjoyed our time and would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay! The condo was much larger than expected and very comfortable for our family. The location is perfect, quiet and more relaxed than Seaside and Rosemary Beach, but still an easy bike ride to both. We biked to Seaside and The Big Chill multiple times, grabbed dinner at George’s in Alys Beach, and loved riding to Pecan Jack’s for dessert. Beach access is directly across the road and super easy. The private access made a huge difference, it was far less crowded than nearby areas. We’ve been to many Florida beaches, and this was by far the most beautiful sand and water. The only downside was the hot water. With five of us trying to get ready after the beach, it ran out after two quick showers. Overall, we would absolutely stay here again!

We absolutely loved the location of our condo! We easily rode bikes too and from seaside but were far enough away from the hustle and bustle at night. The private access to the beach was so convenient. The home was lovely and perfect in size. Loved all the recommendations given in the app that is provided for the condo.

We had a nice stay overall with a few things to keep in mind. The condo is very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The beds are super comfortable, and the location is absolutely perfect with easy access to the beach. The pool area is nice, but it was listed as heated and was not heated for 3 of the 5 days, which was disappointing. A few tips for future guests: if you are staying a week with more than four people, bring extra trash bags, laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, and conditioner. Also bring your own beach towels. The back porch gets very slippery when it rains, so be careful. The biggest issues for us were hot water and access. With five people, there was not enough hot water for back-to-back showers, and we had to wait about 30 to 45 minutes between each one. There was also only one key fob, which made things inconvenient, especially for beach access. Overall great place would rent again.

Loved staying in this unit. Everything was new and clean. Very tasteful decor, lots of space and the layout is great. Walk out your door to the pool and walk across the street to the beach. Perfect.

I love the location first of all. It's so close to the beach it's easy to go back and forth if you need to. The Perfect Pig is right next door which is awesome. You can walk or talk a golf cart to other restaurants which makes it really convenient as well. We love Seagrove because it's in the heart of it all, but not as busy or congested as Rosemary or Seaside. Both are great to visit though. The condo was easy to get in and out of being on the first floor. It wasn't loud either, even though it's right next to the pool. Furniture and bathrooms were clean and updated. Always a plus.
