Beautiful Florida Beach cottage with a private pool. You'll love the spacious living area and open floor plan of this single-story cottage. This cottage has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Sleeps up to six. As you step into the home, you are greeted with the open floor plan into the living room, dining, and kitchen area. Three bedrooms include the Master King with Private Bath, a second guest room with a King, and the third with a Queen. Smart TVs in every room along with Wi-Fi.

The extensive backyard features a wonderful heated pool! Grill on the patio with the large gas grill and enjoy dinner on our outside patio. Deeded Beach access is just down the road. With lots of outdoor space and a spacious backyard, you will have plenty of room to hang out.

The pool is located in the back of the house and has brick pavers surrounding it and enough green space to play bocce ball or throw a football. For an additional charge, you can arrange to have the pool heated.

You'll escape from it all in this lovely 3 BR 2 BA beach cottage on world-famous Highway 30A with its sugar sand beaches!

Fresh seafood shops within cycling distance. 6 miles to Seaside Market, three miles to Rosemary Beach, and an easy walk to the beach! Fine and casual dining opportunities from breakfasts to dinner as well as proximity to bike and beach rentals. Short drives to the Hub, Panama City Beach, or Destin.

CANCELATION POLICY: Guest receives 100% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.

NOTE: Accidental Damage Protection: Your Admin Fee includes an accidental damage protection plan. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible for paying if there is accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2500. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, and/or damages caused by pets. All guests will also be required to provide a credit card for damages that exceed the protection limit or are not protected by the plan.

The primary Guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter's Agreement and upload a copy of their ID.
