This newly remodeled unit, "Shore to Please," features a master bedroom with ensuite, custom bunks, and two full baths, accommodating up to six guests in an open floor plan with a fully upgraded kitchen, living/dining room, and in-unit washer and dryer.

Location:
Palms of Seagrove is a private condo community on the south side of 30A and in the heart of Seagrove Beach. It features a community pool and private beach access. Shore to Please is a 10-minute bike ride to Seaside Town Square!

Guest Access:
Guests are given a unique door code that is active for the duration of their stay.

Interaction with Guests:
We respect your privacy but can always assist you with any questions or recommendations.

Parking:
Parking for 1 vehicle in an open parking lot. No Boats, Trailers, or U-Hauls are permitted.
If you rent a golf cart, the golf cart must be gas-powered and will take up your 1 allocated parking space.

House Rules:
• No smoking
• No parties or events
• No Pets
• Must be 25 or older and staying at the property for the entire stay
• The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement
• The Primary guest is required to upload a copy of their photo ID

Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in: 4:00 PM Check-out: 10:00 AM

CANCELATION POLICY:
Guest receives 100% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.

The Neighborhood

The Palms of Seagrove is centrally located in Seagrove right on 30A with easy and private beach access. Take walks along the beach, ride your bike or walk to local restaurants, shopping, or Seaside along the 18.5 miles of paved dedicated paths along 30A.

Guest Access

Each guest is given a unique door code that will work for the duration of their stay.

The primary guest is required to sign a rental agreement and upload a copy of their photo ID verifying they are 25 or older at the time of check-in.

Everything was great! The condo is very nicely updated and furnishings/amenities very nice. It faces the beach and enjoyed sitting on balcony with this beautiful view. Definitely recommend!!! Close to Seaside, and some great restaurants.

Nancy's place was perfect. As soon as you walk in, you have a beautiful view of the ocean. Beach supplies (chairs and toys) were provided so that was super nice and a very short walk down to the beach - a plus with kids! Will definitely be back!

This is a fantastic place. Everything is newly renovated and high quality. Furnishings are new, comfortable, and clean. Little details everywhere show the attention the Owners pay to making the stay a great one.Great view of the beach and very easy access.Location is great, close to Seaside and Rosemary Beach but away from the crowded large towers so the beach is nice and quiet.Highly recommend and we'll return

I had an absolutely amazing stay here! The view is breathtaking, waking up and looking out each morning was such a highlight. The place itself was spotless and very well maintained, which made it super comfortable and relaxing. Access to the beach couldn’t have been easier, and it really felt like the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. Overall, this stay was fantastic from start to finish. Highly recommend and would love to come back!

We couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay. The location was perfect with just a short walk down to the beach from the condo. We were also extremely close to the main strip with plenty of restaurants and things to do, which was walkable if you wanted to. Everything was very clean and we felt right at home for our week there. We would stay here again and again!

We had a wonderful stay at Shore to Please. Perfect location to enjoy all 30A has to offer. The beach was beautiful and the pool was never crowded. The condo was a great size for our family of 4. It was very clean and looked just as the pictures depicted. Would definitely book again next time we visit.

Nancy’s Place was a solid choice for our stay. The location is excellent — very close to the beach and conveniently near all the restaurants, shops, and other amenities along 30A. It made getting around easy and hassle-free. The unit was clean and well-maintained, including the bathrooms, which were in good condition. The balcony provided a nice view of the ocean, making it a pleasant spot to relax. There was plenty of parking, which was appreciated, especially during busier times. Overall, a comfortable and well-located place to stay if you're looking to be close to the beach and everything 30A has to offer.
