Palms of Seagrove is a private condo community on the south side of 30A and in the heart of Seagrove Beach. It features a community pool and private beach access. Shore to Please is a 10-minute bike ride to Seaside Town Square!

Guest Access:
Guests are given a unique door code that is active for the duration of their stay.

Interaction with Guests:
We respect your privacy but can always assist you with any questions or recommendations.

Parking:
Parking for 1 vehicle in an open parking lot. No Boats, Trailers, or U-Hauls are permitted.
If you rent a golf cart, the golf cart must be gas-powered and will take up your 1 allocated parking space.

House Rules:
• No smoking
• No parties or events
• No Pets
• Must be 25 or older and staying at the property for the entire stay
• The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement
• The Primary guest is required to upload a copy of their photo ID

The Neighborhood

The Palms of Seagrove is centrally located in Seagrove right on 30A with easy and private beach access. Take walks along the beach, ride your bike or walk to local restaurants, shopping, or Seaside along the 18.5 miles of paved dedicated paths along 30A.

Guest Access

Each guest is given a unique door code that will work for the duration of their stay.

Shore to Please was PERFECT! The condo is amazing and the view/location is perfect. It’s on the second story and is a corner unit. We never experienced loud noises/neighbors. The private beach made this condo more than worth it. The private beach belongs to the Palms at Seagrove complex, that consists of 4 buildings. Even at peak beach hours the beach was NEVER crowded, plenty of room for everyone. The beach vendor that is used does not take up a lot of beach space like vendors normally do on public beaches. The condo itself has a beautiful view. It’s is well maintained and stocked with everything you could need. There were a couple of beach chairs, boogie boards and toys (I left a very good set of sandcastle toys and shovels to hopefully be enjoyed by another child) left for guests. The ONLY “negative” I have is the queen sized bed and its hardness. Pillows/mattress are overdue for replacement. But that took nothing away from our stay & hope to stay here every year for years to come!

We loved our stay. Everything was exactly as described. The private beach access was perfect. Bonus was the beach rental company that the Palms uses was super friendly and we felt comfortable leaving our stuff at the beach all day.

Great view, private beach access, nicely updated 2nd floor condo for our family of 4. Definitely recommend paying extra for beach chair service as it was nice to have them set up daily. Our teens enjoyed the hallway bunk beds, and liked that we could easily bike to seaside for lunch or dinner. We liked that it was private and quiet at night and couldn't hear anyone else. Lots of convenient dining options nearby. This is a corner unit, so it gets more natural light, and the pool is located across the parking lot from the unit.

This place was awesome. Newly renovated, view of the ocean, quiet, private beach access… Shore to Please has it all! My wife and I came on our Babymoon and had actually been put in a bind by a different Airbnb. Nancy stepped in and was super accommodating and far more valuable than the other options.

I did a long-term stay and really enjoyed the beautiful beach view and the proximity to the beach. Unit was as described and had all necessary amenities. I would definitely come back and stay again!
