• Deeded beach access, a short walk from the condo.

Location:
Located in Villas at Seagrove, Seagrove Beach. Enjoy a prime location with a 2-minute walk to Perfect Pig and easy access to the 30A bike path, Seagrove, Seaside, and Rosemary Beach.

Guest Access:
Guests are given a unique door code that is active for the duration of their stay.

Interaction with Guests:
We respect your privacy but can always assist you with any questions or recommendations.

Parking:
• Parking for 2 Vehicles
• No Boats, Trailers, or U-Hauls
• NO STREET PARKING
• GAS POWERED GOLF CARTS ONLY when a cart is rented it will use one of your allotted parking spaces. No electric golf carts permitted.

House Rules:
• No smoking
• No parties or events
• Must be 25 or older and staying at the property for the entire stay.
• The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement.
• The Primary guest is required to upload a copy of their photo ID.
• NO PETS ALLOWED

CANCELATION POLICY:
Guest receives 100% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.

This condo was beautiful. It was a little hard to find on gps, we ended up having to put in the perfect pig address and using that. The location was fabulous, you couldn’t tell on the map how close the beach access actually was. I was expecting it to be further but it is pretty much right across the street! Very convenient, & our area was not even super crowded on Memorial Day weekend. We could walk to coffee each morning and seaside was an easy bike ride for our kids. The rooms were very spacious, we didn’t feel cramped or anything. We normally get a house so I was nervous about a condo but it was wonderful! I love the decor. The elevator was always quick. We would definitely love to stay here again.

Great spot. Near a lot. Nice pool. The gates are the only issue with this place. Get through the drivable gates quickly. And the walking gate, on the west side, is pretty much broken. But still tricky to open.

We loved our stay! The couch, chairs and beds were all so comfy. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The beach closet was stocked with everything you would need at the beach! We had 6 adults and 2 kids and we had plenty of space and everything we needed. The bottle drying rack was nice to have for the kiddos! The walk to the beach was relatively short and there were several restaurants and coffee spots in walkable distance. It was so nice and peaceful!

We had an absolutely incredible month-long stay in 30A, Florida. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described, if not better. It was fully stocked with everything we needed for an extended stay, which made settling in effortless. The location was perfect... close to the beach, great restaurants, and all the charm that makes 30A special. Most importantly, our host was outstanding. Communication was prompt, clear, and thoughtful throughout the entire stay. Five stars all around. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend the month.

We enjoyed our stay. The place was beautiful and loved seeing the water views. The heated pool during the Winter season was wonderful for my girls, when they weren't doing polar plunges in the ocean :) Appreciated that there was a light outage that they were very responsive about getting quickly fixed.

What an absolutely beautiful condo! I loved everything about it. It was so spacious and so beautifully decorated. The location was central to everything in Seagrove. The beach access was not too far of a walk. I sat on the large balcony every morning and drank my coffee while enjoying the ocean view and then watched the sunset from the same spot every evening. The master bedroom and bath were just perfect. All the beds were so comfortable. Thank you, Nancy, for sharing your beautiful beach home with us! We would love to rent from you again in the future!
