Beachwood Villas is a popular condo complex in the heart of Seagrove Beach. Easily walk out of this 2nd-floor condo and cross the street to the beach access. Seagrove Beach is home to a wonderful assortment of restaurants, shops, and other local businesses, all of which are just a short stroll or bike ride away.
Guest Access:
Guests are given a unique door code that is active for the duration of their stay.
Interaction with Guests:
We respect your privacy but are always available to assist you with any questions or recommendations.
Parking:
Parking for 2 vehicles in an open parking lot. No Boats, Trailers, or U-Hauls permitted.
House Rules:
• No smoking
• No parties or events
• No Pets
• Must be 25 or older and staying at the property for the entire stay
• The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement and upload a copy of their photo ID.

CANCELATION POLICY:
Guest receives 100% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.
Guest Access: Guests are given unique numerical door codes for their stay.
Iteraction with Guests: Professionally managed by Kismet Properties of 30A.

One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $250.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $250.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
