Sleeping arrangements

Miles of paved bike/walk paths are located directly across the street, so you can explore everything 30A has to offer. Seagrove Beach is home to a wonderful assortment of restaurants, shops, and other local businesses, all of which just a short stroll or bike ride away.

So Close to Paradise is perfectly named, as it is located near two public beach accesses (one with public parking) and is just a short bike ride away from Seaside. We are conveniently located in the heart of Seagrove, so everything this amazing area has to offer is very near. Included in the rental are 4 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas in the property available for use at the beach.

Girls trip with 3 and had a great time staying at this condo. Quiet location centrally located. Pool was nice and easy access in and out of condo lot. Comfy beds and many amenities of home were available.

The condo was truly the highlight of our trip: squeaky clean, wonderfully cool & so spacious. (Santa Rosa was hot!!). The furnishings were perfect for us esp. the seating that allowed us to enjoy several movies & the Olympics each evening. The kitchen is large & amply stocked. (Could have used an extra garbage bag or two, our only thought). We aren’t beach people but enjoyed walking over at night for the views. We have a vacation home in Cocoa Beach (that was rented this week) so we made this quick trip. In comparison, I had forgotten how white the sand is here! We enjoyed Panama City again; 1st time in 30 y! & Shell Island, Capt. Anderson’s Seafood & loved restaurants local to Santa Rosa’s- (Mimo’s Italian, The old Florida Fish House, Vue On 30a & Ice Cream at Blue Mountain Creamery ).We came to Santa Rosa for a get away with one of our daughters. We enjoyed great family time in this comfy, spacious condo. We loved it so very much! I’ll admit, we will miss this space!

This was the perfect place for us. We took one of my dearest friends daughter to the beach on her 1st girls trip before starting middle school!! The location was great. We enjoyed the pool and the beach is only about a half mile walk. We visited all the surrounding areas and didn’t rent bikes or golf carts- we were able to drive. The rental was very clean and nice. Beds were comfortable (very important) our trip was perfect!! We had dough sea dough, blue mountain ice cream- red bar (not my favorite food- but cool to see) the southern and one other place across from the pickle restaurant.

Great location - it is definitely located near the busy parts of 30a but when you are inside it definitely was peaceful. Parking was great, the kitchen was well stocked with equipment, and we loved the pool.
