The primary guest must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement, and provide photo identification. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome.

Seagrove Highlands is a highly desirable and popular condo complex on Somerset Bridge Road off 30A. Just a short stroll down the street to the beach walkover at Somerset Bridge Road and 30A. Miles of paved bike/walk paths are located directly across the street, so you can explore everything 30A has to offer. Seagrove Beach is home to a wonderful assortment of restaurants, shops, and other local businesses, all of which just a short stroll or bike ride away.

Enjoy the community pool, fishing dock on the pond, or take a short stroll to the beach! So Close to Paradise is perfectly named, as it is located near two public beach accesses (one with public parking) and is just a short bike ride away from Seaside. We are conveniently located in the heart of Seagrove, so everything this amazing area has to offer is very near. Included in the rental are 4 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas in the property available for use at the beach.
Guests are given a unique door code that is active for the duration of their stay.
The primary guest is required to sign a rental agreement and upload a copy of their photo ID verifying they are 25 or older at the time of check-in.
