• Parking for 2 Vehicles.
• No Boats, Trailers, or U-Hauls are permitted.

• Must be 25 or older and staying at the property for the entire stay.
• The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement

CANCELATION POLICY:
Guest receives 100% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.

Seagrove Highlands is a highly desirable and popular condo complex on Somerset Bridge Road off 30A. Just a short stroll down the street to the beach walkover at Somerset Bridge Road and 30A. Miles of paved bike/walk paths are located directly across the street, so you can explore everything 30A has to offer. Seagrove Beach is home to a wonderful assortment of restaurants, shops, and other local businesses, all of which just a short stroll or bike ride away. ------ Amenities of condo complex ------ Enjoy the community pool, fishing dock on the pond, or take a short stroll to the beach! So Close to Paradise is perfectly named, as it is located near two public beach accesses (one with public parking) and is just a short bike ride away from Seaside. We are conveniently located in the heart of Seagrove, so everything this amazing area has to offer is very near. Included in the rental are 4 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas in the property available for use at the beach.

Cancellation Policy

One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $250.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $250.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
