Location:
Located on the corner of 30A and San Juan Ave in the heart of Seagrove Beach. Enjoy easy access to the beach, a short bike ride to Seaside, and nearby shops and restaurants.

Guest Access:
Guests are given a unique door code that is active for the duration of their stay.

Interaction with Guests:
We respect your privacy but can always assist you with any questions or recommendations.

Parking:
• Parking for 2 Vehicles
• No Boats, Trailers, or U-Hauls
• NO STREET PARKING
• Room for a golf cart

House Rules:
• No smoking
• No parties or events
• Must be 25 or older and staying at the property for the entire stay.
• The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement.
• The Primary guest is required to upload a copy of their photo ID.
• NO PETS ALLOWED

Sol was a great place to stay for the two of us for a couple of days. The place was light and airy, very clean, well equipped & very welcoming! It was a short walk to the beach - which was important to us. The location was great to get around the cute towns on 30A. It was very hot so we did not take advantage of the bikes. I would stay here again and recommend to others!

Very cute place!!! Small but absolutely perfect for a summer beach vacation! The host was insanely responsive even when I accidentally texted very late at night the first night. It was so clean, so easy to get in and out of and the beds were super comfy! Lots of creative storage for luggage etc. I would absolutely stay here again!

Sol is so close to the beach and about a 7-minute bike ride from seaside, it really was the perfect location! They provide beach chairs, umbrellas, and bikes which saves a lot of money in 30A! Great little house, perfect for a couple or very small family.

Wonderful stay through and through. We will hopefully use this spot in the future for our marriage getaways. San Juan is golden location - easy bike down to seaside. Easy walk right across the street from gorgeous beach. Very clean. Very enjoyable stay! Hallelujah.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Florida! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable family vacation. One of the best parts was the close access to the beach — just a short walk away, which made it so easy to enjoy the ocean whenever we wanted. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, and the entire experience felt relaxing from start to finish. The area was peaceful, safe, and close to great restaurants and shops as well. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect beach getaway!

Beautiful apartment, large spacious balcony and very clean and tidy just a few minutes walk from the beautiful beach and 20 min walk into Seaside. The bikes were a great addition to the property for exploring the area. Being on 30A the road was noisy esp. from the balcony but I know that can’t be helped . Overall a great stay and would stay here again

I can’t say enough good things about the SOL location. Moments away from the beach. We enjoyed dinner on our balcony utilizing the grill. We used the bikes to get to Seaside where all shops and restaurants were and it was a pleasant 10-15 minute bike ride. Everything was clean and well stocked with amenities. We felt right at home. It was our first time visiting Santa Rosa Beach and We will definitely return here and stay at SOL. Thank you !

We had a great stay at Nancy’s house on 30A. The house is definitely bigger in person. Super clean and cozy, with convenient access to the beach right across from the house. The house location is ideal if you want more of a local feel vibe compared to busy seaside. I have nothing but good things to say about this listing, and highly recommend it to anyone visiting 30A. I will be booking again whenever I return.
