Plus, the public beach walkover awaits directly across 30A from the subdivision's entrance, ensuring convenient access to our white-sand beaches.

Guests are given a unique door code that is active for the duration of their stay.

Parking:
• Parking for 3 Vehicles.
• No Boats, Trailers, or U-Hauls are permitted.
• NO STREET PARKING
House Rules:
• No smoking
• No parties or events
• No Pets
• Must be 25 or older and staying at the property for the entire stay.
• The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement
• The Primary guest is required to upload a copy of their photo ID.

CANCELATION POLICY:
Guest receives 100% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.
Situated in the coveted community of The Grove by the Sea on 30A. With shopping and dining in both directions, take advantage of the extensive paved paths to explore the coastal towns of 30A, like Seagrove and Seaside. The public beach walkover is just across from the community entrance.
Guests are given a unique door code that is active for the duration of their stay.
