Sleeping arrangements
This home offers three bedrooms plus a loft, comfortably accommodating up to eight guests. On the first floor, two queen bedrooms share a hall bath with a tub and shower combination. The second floor holds a king suite with a private bath that features a shower and a soaking tub. Upstairs in the loft, two twin beds provide a perfect nook for kids or singles.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped chef’s kitchen is stocked with essentials for preparing meals at home, including a K-Cup coffee maker, blender, and wine glasses. Its open layout flows into the living area where natural light fills the space, and a large smart TV with WiFi keeps you connected when you’re ready to unwind.

Outdoor living

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how beautifully maintained and thoughtfully designed the home was. The neighborhood is quiet, charming, and truly one of the best we’ve experienced on 30A. We loved the easy bike ride to the beach access…which is right across the street from the entrance of the subdivision. And we cannot say enough great things about Kismet Properties. They are, without question, the best rental company we have ever worked with, and we visit 30A at least twice a year. Their communication was prompt and friendly, every detail was handled with professionalism, and they made the entire experience completely stress-free. You can really feel how much they care about creating an exceptional guest experience. We wholeheartedly recommend this home and Kismet Properties. We’re already looking forward to our next stay!

Absolutely lovely home, which added to our amazing family vacation. Beautiful furnishings, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, easy walk or golf cart ride to the beach. We loved the privacy of the community and it was very convenient to everything we needed. I asked several questions in advance and Nancy and her team responded very quickly and thoroughly. The only slight feedback that I have is that the bottom bedrooms were hot at night, which undoubtedly was due to the heat in general. The master bedroom remained cool, while the main floor was a bit warmer. We would certainly rent again and our entire crew had a wonderful time.

If I could rate this place higher than five stars I would. The location is incredible just a two minute golf cart or bike ride to beach access. MULTIPLE beach accesses directly outside the neighborhood. The house is a few doors down from the pool. Five minute golf cart ride to seaside was really convenient. And the house itself is so incredibly beautiful, spacious and clean. We will be staying here again when we visit 30A.

Home is stunning! Beautiful on the inside and out. Beautiful neighborhood, quiet and peaceful. Home was immaculate and designed comfortably. My only challenge was that kitchen was minimally stocked (no baking dishes, limited non-wine glasses, etc). If your plan is to have wine and snack, it’s a perfect fit! I had 5 teens so I needed a bit more gear. Location is walkable for a fun stroll, but not really when lugging beach gear. Best to rent a golf cart or have a cart for rolling items to the beach. There’s no parking at closest beach entry, so we had to drive to drop people/gear off, someone drove home and came back on the bike. Rinse and repeat when it’s time to come home. Otherwise the house was perfect and it was such a nice way to get away and relax for a few days.

Nancy’s home was sparkling clean upon arrival and in an incredibly convenient location to access Andalusia beach entrance as well as a short bike ride to Seaside. There were two comfortable bedrooms on the main floor, the primary on the second, and a crows nest with two twins on the third floor. The beds were comfortable, and the neighborhood was incredibly adorable and calm with a peaceful setting.

This is the second time we have stayed with Kismet and there will surely be a third! The home was spacious and comfortable, with every amenity just as described. Management was super quick to respond to a need we had and took care of it immediately. The home was nicely renovated and in a quiet cu de sac with friendly neighbors and just a short walk to the beach.

This house looks exactly like the photos…did not disappoint! The place was very clean and we felt very much at home. The neighborhood is super cute and quiet. You can walk to several beach access points. We really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to book another visit!
