Perfect for up to 9 guests (including children), Surfer Rosa boasts a private heated pool, cozy beach-inspired interiors, and plenty of amenities for a memorable stay. Please note: You must be 25+ years old to rent.

Living Room- Beautifully furnished with two linen sofas (10ft & 8ft). Kindly avoid sitting on them with suntan oil or wet swimsuits.
Kitchen & Dining- Fully equipped kitchen with an electric stove, air fryer/toaster oven, microwave, and large island. Adjacent dining table for group meals.
Outdoor Space- Back patio with a gas grill, dining area, and private pool.
Bedrooms:
Master Suite- King bed, private bathroom, and a large private balcony.
Second Bedroom- King bed with a cozy seating area.
Third Bedroom- Bunk room with four built-in bunks, pull-out sectional, and a 55” TV.
Fourth Bedroom (Nest)- Small third-floor bunk room with twin/twin bunks and a private balcony.

Entertainment- Games, books, and TV.
Beach Equipment- Paddleboard, fishing cart, chairs, umbrellas, and toys.
Parking- Circular driveway with space for 4 cars.

SUV permanently parked in the driveway- not available for guest use
House Rules:
No Parties- This is a family-friendly home, not a party house.
Age Requirement- Renters must be 25+ and present during the stay. No third-party bookings allowed.
No Pets- Due to severe allergies, we cannot allow animals.
Pool Safety- Always supervise children and use caution.
Cleanliness- Please be mindful of furnishings and avoid suntan oils or wet swimsuits on the couches.
Report Issues- Notify us if something breaks, is lost, or stolen.

The property is managed by Kismet Properties, a boutique management company ensuring personalized service.
A Bote paddleboard is available for your enjoyment, but our motorized boards and car are not for guest use.
Pool heating is optional at $50/day.

CANCELATION POLICY:
Guest receives 100% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.
Guest Access: Guests are given a unique door code that is active for the duration of their stay.

One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $250.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $250.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
