Toiletries: Travel-size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each bathroom

Right off 30a with great beach access and close to the heart of Seaside. This home is so close to a community pool which we took full advantage of. Plenty of space with room to spare in the home for our 4 adults and 3 kids group. The host was responsive and the property was exactly as advertised. Would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful friend trip at the Brown Lounge! The house was so clean and well taken care off and the location was perfect. A .5 mile walk to the beach, but that did not bother us. The pool is so close by which is great! Host was so quick to respond which was very helpful and all the beds and furniture were comfortable! My only thing to note (and this is included in their info book, I just didn’t notice!) is that they don’t provide any additional toilet paper or paper towels, so make sure you include that in your groceries when shopping. Would absolutely stay here again!

We had the most perfect stay at The Brown Lounge! We have visited 30A before but this was our first time in a private community and it was so peaceful and quiet. Our host was very responsive when checking in - luckily the House Guide provided to us was so informative we only had to ask one question the whole time! Very nice home and we would recommend.

We loved our stay at The Brown Lounge in Seagrove. It was perfect for our family. The home is spacious and super clean. The ample sized kitchen was great for cooking in and the cabinets were well stocked with pots, pan, mixers, strainers, Tupperware, etc. The beds were super comfortable. We could walk to the beach in 10 minutes and bike (bikes were provided with this home) there in 4-5 minutes. There is beach access just across the street and you can park and bikes at the entrance. There are games, books and puzzles at the house and a cute fire pit in the yard. The screened porch was my favorite spot for morning coffee. The hosts were great and even left us cute boxes with some toiletries and kitchen basics. There are so many positives! We would definitely love to come back another time to stay in this lovely home.

We just finished our trip and absolutely loved the house. It is tucked at the back of a quiet neighborhood with flat, smooth streets that were quiet and great for our 4 & 6 year old to bike around. The beach is about 1/2 mile walk, which our girls loved to ride their bikes. One busy street with pedestrian walkway to cross and 5 flights of stairs to descend to the beach… but once you’re there, it’s the whitest sand and such beautiful clear water! Totally worth it. Everywhere has a wide bike path and we enjoyed biking to dinner and ice cream many nights. The house was so comfortable and had everything you need (except beach towels! Don’t forget to bring those!). We are already planning our next trip back here. We loved it!
