Inlet Dunes is a gated community located in the highly sought-after neighborhood of Inlet Beach. Inlet Dunes is on the south side of 98 on S Orange Street and is in walking distance to the restaurants and events of Rosemary Beach and 30Avenue. Inlet Dunes community offers direct access to the white sand beaches, as well as a private community pool.
