Location:
Found on the highly desirable San Juan Avenue, we are centrally located in the heart of Seagrove Beach on 30A. We are a short bike ride to Seaside Town Square and popular Seagrove restaurants and shops, or an easy walk to the Gulf!

Guest Access:
Guests are given a unique door code that is active for the duration of their stay.

Interaction with Guests:
We respect your privacy but can always assist you with any questions or recommendations.

Parking:
• Parking for 3 Vehicles.
• No Boats, Trailers, or U-Hauls are permitted.
• NO STREET PARKING

House Rules:
• No smoking
• $175 Fee Per Dog
• No parties or events
• Must be 25 or older and staying at the property for the entire stay.
• The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement
• The Primary guest is required to upload a copy of their photo ID.

Salty Pig felt very comfortable. It was a good location- walkable (or droppable) to beach and close to restaurants. It had nice touches like games, puzzles, and books. Super cute decor and colors. Peaceful front and backyard. Screened porch was great for rainy morning. It was clean and quaint- would definitely stay there again!

Absolutely loved staying here! The house was so cute and unique! So close to the beach and bike trails! The host were quick to respond and very helpful with everything! Cant wait to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay at The Salty Pig! Great location to the beach and Seaside. The house was adorable and the perfect size. Hostess was very responsive and answered all our questions during booking and before we got there. We especially loved that we were able to bring our fur babies with us. Would stay here again.

Charming beach cottage in a quiet area but only a short distance from beach access—-walkable. Also a short ride by bike or golf cart to the Seaside square. The house was well appointed and very clean. Plenty of books and games to share. Would book again!
