Location:
Found on the highly desirable San Juan Avenue, we are centrally located in the heart of Seagrove Beach on 30A. We are a short bike ride to Seaside Town Square and popular Seagrove restaurants and shops, or an easy walk to the Gulf!

Guest Access:
Guests are given a unique door code that is active for the duration of their stay.

Interaction with Guests:
We respect your privacy but can always assist you with any questions or recommendations.

Parking:
• Parking for 3 Vehicles.
• No Boats, Trailers, or U-Hauls are permitted.
• NO STREET PARKING

House Rules:
• No smoking
• $175 Fee Per Dog
• No parties or events
• Must be 25 or older and staying at the property for the entire stay.
• The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement
• The Primary guest is required to upload a copy of their photo ID.

Check-in: 4:00 PM Check-out: 10:00 AM

CANCELATION POLICY:
Guest receives 100% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.

Charming beach cottage in a quiet area but only a short distance from beach access—-walkable. Also a short ride by bike or golf cart to the Seaside square. The house was well appointed and very clean. Plenty of books and games to share. Would book again!

Our stay at The Salty Pig was very nice and peaceful. House was super clean. Enjoyed being able to walk or having a very short drive to the beach. Beach area was not overly crowded like other 30a beaches during this time of year. Had plenty of space. House was very peaceful and having a screened in front porch and bikes were a plus! Home decor was fun and cheerful. Very well stocked and plenty of games. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious. We were very comfortable for a family of 4. A true beach house. Communication with rental company/hosts was great. I have no complaints. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay for our family. We enjoyed quality family time with our three young adult children and they each brought a friend. Great location, literally just a few minutes bike ride to the beach, Seaside and Seagrove. Very clean cottage, quiet neighborhood. No problems at all. We will consider staying here again in the future.

This area in general is always going to make for an expensive stay so I was really hoping for a nice spot when I paid my deposit for this house. It lived up to all expectations. It felt large enough to accommodate my group of 6 but it didn’t lose any charm in its size. It felt small and cozy and had a great set of amenities- appliances, bike rentals, beach chairs etc. I didn’t love communicating with the property managers because I kept being directed to a house manual but overall it was easy communication and the house manual does indeed have all the info you made need. A couple of small spots on sofas but overall super clean. Great for a bachelorette trip.

We loved staying here! Stayed for a week with two families (4 adults and 5 kids). The place is not too big or too small, very relaxed, very homey, it has everything we needed. A short walk or bike ride to the beach. The beach was never too crowded right at our access point. Riding bikes to neighboring beach towns is easy because you are smack dab the middle. The service was great and responsive. Would stay here again without second thought.

Hidden gem- yard is a little overgrown, (might just be the spring pollen and growth), but once inside it’s perfectly cozy, sweet, clean and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood, easy walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again!
