This amazing condo has a ground floor entry that leads upstairs to a fully stocked kitchen, dining area with room for 6, and spacious living area. The second floor is also home to the laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. The large sectional sofa can be pulled out into a full-sized bed. Both balconies overlook the pool and have Gulf views. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, pots and pans, and even a custom ice maker to keep your cooler full for the beach!
The Swell Life has two bedrooms on the upstairs level. The master has a king bed, and a fully updated and luxurious spa ensuite bathroom. The balcony off the Master Suite overlooks the pool and the Gulf of Mexico. Down the hall is the guest bedroom with a queen bed and custom build bunk beds.
Walk or ride bikes to many local restaurants and Seaside.

Located in highly desirable Emerald Hill Condo complex that is centrally located gulf (south) side on 30A. You'll be within walking distance to Seaside and many local restaurants. Shopping and dining are both directions on 30A from the complex and an easy bike ride. Come stay with us! Enjoy miles of paved bike/walk or jog paths located directly across the street from Emerald Hill's entrance so you can explore the whole 30A!
The complex features ocean view condos, convenient pool access on the property plus has ready access to the 18 miles of paved walk/bike paths along 30A. The private beach walkover is on the property.

CANCELATION POLICY: Guest receives 100% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.
NOTE: Accidental Damage Protection: Your Admin Fee includes an accidental damage protection plan. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible for paying if there is accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2500. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, and/or damages caused by pets. All guests will also be required to provide a credit card for damages that exceed the protection limit or are not protected by the plan.
The primary Guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter's Agreement and upload a copy of their ID.
Our properties feature self-check-in with key code locks using a personalized keycode; allowing you to just walk-in when you arrive! Your unique code also frees you from having to keep up with a set of keys and allows everyone to come and go as they please. Your door code expires at check-out.

One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $250.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $250.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
