Bask in the sunshine at "You Are My Sunshine," a bright and newly updated condo with peek-a-boo Gulf and lake views. This family-friendly retreat features a spacious balcony, fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable accommodations for up to 8 guests. Enjoy the heated community pool, short walk to the beach, and convenient access to 30A attractions.

Located in the family-friendly Beachside Villas community on the south side of 30A. Enjoy easy access to the beach, Eastern Lake, and nearby dining and attractions in Seaside, Rosemary Beach, and The Big Chill.

Guest Access:
Guests are given a unique door code that is active for the duration of their stay.

Interaction with Guests:
We respect your privacy but can always assist you with any questions or recommendations.

Parking:
• Parking for 2 Vehicles
• No Boats, Trailers, or U-Hauls
• NO STREET PARKING

House Rules:
• No smoking
• No parties or events
• Must be 25 or older and staying at the property for the entire stay.
• The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement.
• The Primary guest is required to upload a copy of their photo ID.
• NO PETS

CANCELATION POLICY:
Guest receives 100% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.

We had a wonderful time! The place was super clean! Very close to beach access. Beachy Bean coffee shop and Old Florida fish house nearby. Rented bikes and rode to the Big Chill a couple times. The gardening shop was nearby as well, so beautiful to walk around and see all the plants! We didn't mind the stairs to get to the condo as we appreciated the view and peak of the ocean from the balcony. The apartment was super clean with lots of light and a fresh beachy vibe! The hosts were super quick to respond to any questions and made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again! Thanks so much!

Nancy’s place was just as described. Clean with plenty of kitchenware and space for our family of 5. Location is great, walkable distance to the beach access with 3 small kids and gear. The amenities are the best part of this place, pickleball, swimming pool, golf cart shuttle service, it all made for a wonderful trip! Nicely located tucked away from the hustle and bustle of 30A, but within minutes if you wanted to explore. Master bedroom tv could be upgraded, size is limited due to spacing, but the tv itself is still very outdated. Would easily stay here again.

Amazing stay, plenty of space for our family and close to the beach and local things to do. The golf cart service to the beach access was our 5 year olds favorite amenity even though it’s a short walk from the condo. We loved walking the beach after early morning runs and for evening sunset. The pool was easy for a quick cool off and the condo had all the essential cookware. The host offered early check in notification which was great since we drove in from out of state, we knew we could check right in on arrival. Check out process was clear and easy too. We would definitely stay again!

Great location. Easy walk to beach and literally between the 2 pools of the condo complex. View was also really good considering you're not beachside. We rented bikes and went for ice cream at night and coffee in the morning. There were beach chairs, a pop up tent, and even a beach cart stored on the balcony when we stayed. Would stay again!

The condo was nice and clean. The communication with the host was impeccable and the amenity kits were so cute. We appreciated the virtual guide and text messages. It was nice to have a balcony even though the view was of the back of some houses. The public beach was large with plenty of space for everyone but it was quite a walk. The trolley was a nice benefit though. Both pools were very small. Overall a nice place to stay

We had a wonderful time! This location is really wonderful. The beach is super close walking and the golf cart service to take you to the beach and super fast as well. One of the MOST fun beaches ever for kids with the eastern lake feed out into the gulf. The unit was very cute and comfortable and loved the peek a boo ocean views from the balcony. Pool super close as well. Will stay again!
